Let the tension ease out of your legs. 

Let your core relax.

Let your shoulders drop.

Allow yourself to relax your muscles, to be at ease.

Allow yourself to be at ease.


Unfocus your eyes.

Let them rest on something, but don't focus on it, let your eyes relax themselves.


Focus on your breathing.

How it feels entering, filling your lungs.

How it feels exiting, emptying your lungs.

How slightly your body expands as your lungs do.

How slightly your body compresses as your lungs do.


Feel the textures are underneath you.

Feel the air on your skin.


Listen to the sounds of the room.

The faint buzz of energy

The whir of a fan

The crinkle of fabric on fabric

The shifts as your body moves slightly


Your mind may wander

That's good, let it wander

Let it touch on things that happened today, but do not focus on them.

Allow thoughts and memories come and go.
