Mystery Notes

~ 3rd Person's Perspective ~

The boy cats are acting weird, really weird. Grim isn't fighting with Happy, Pantherlily is more quiet, and Happy wasn't bugging (Name) about fish. All for one thing: they're studying for the upcoming exams for the next week. Carla noticed they even have their own notes, even though she always sees them sleeping and not paying attention in class...

So why in the world did they got notes? The white exceed already reported this to (Name), but (Name) just said, "maybe they're working hard, Carla. Don't be ridiculous!" She jested. Carla wasn't happy about this...

     "(Name), aren't you a bit curious about them?!" Carla ranted the girl, who's studying for the upcoming exams too.

     "Carla, you're such a worry-wort." (Name) snorted.

Unknown to Carla, (Name) is also creep out when Grim and the boy exceeds had notes all of the sudden. It started 2 weeks ago, when the quiz occurred, the exceeds didn't return for the first hour after getting lectured by Carla...

     "(Name), can you find Happy?" Carla favored, worried invaded her voice. She was in her human form since she lectured this girl.

     The girl smirked, "Eh~? You really like him do you~?" She teased. "Just answer his proposal the next time he propose, Carla! The man is desperate already! For 15 attempts, you didn't even say 'yes' on those!"

     "Shut up, you handful princess!" Carla smacked the head of (Name).

     "Ow! That hurt!"

     "Now go!" The elder woman exclaimed, pointing to the door.

(Name) left the dorm in Carla's care. Roaming through the hallways, she didn't see any signs of Happy and Pantherlily, even Grim. She tried to find them in the library, where the NRC staff staying after classes...

     "Hi there, Ms. Heartfilia!" Vargas waved his hand, signalling for her to come towards. " Here take this. Before I got scolded by Crowley here." He gave her a pack full of cranberry juice.

     "It's your fault, after all, you muscle-head idiot!" Crowley said. "If you only gave her the cranberry juice on time."

     "Stop yelling! This is the library!" Trein chided the two.

     "Yes, sir..."

     Trein clicked his tongue, "Such a childish attitude for a grown-up man like you two."

(Name) didn't bother to stop the arguing of the teachers. She was looking around, searching for the cats. Crewel must've noticed her anticipation on something, rather, someone...

     "Is everything alright, Ms. Heartfilia?" Crewel asked.

     (Name) nodded, "Yes." She retorted. "Have you ever seen Happy, Pantherlily, and Grim? They haven't returned since earlier."

     "We saw them passed the library with the Leech Twins." Trein replied.

     "Thank you, Professor Trein!" (Name) bowed as she dashed out of the library with the cranberry juice in hand.

     "Well, that was a bit fast..." Sam muttered.

Going to the Hall of Mirrors, she went. But before she could turn to the direction, she bumped to a very hard chest, leading her to the ground. Good thing the cranberry juices was ok, but her butt really hurts...
