When he got back to the dorms, everyone met him at the door.
He came in and sat down on the couch.
Everyone was silent.
He breathed a shaky sigh, tears forming in his eyes.
"She's been on life support... and she hasn't woken up yet... and..."
The tears escaped and he let out a sob.
"They're talking about pulling the plug."
There was a stunned silence.
Blaze kept crying.
And after a few moments, he realized he wasn't alone.
Over half his classmates were crying.
Ahri was a friend to all of them.
Without her...
Nothing would ever be the same.
Even Bakugo looked teary-eyed.
He and Ahri had become like brother and sister.
He wouldn't take this easy.
To some, she is a friend.
To one, she is a Lover.
To some, she is like a sister.
By all, she is loved.
And they'd never get the chance to tell her that.
She's gone.
They didn't save her in time.
They were so close.
But they weren't enough.
"How are we heroes... if we can't even save... our friend..." Akiko sobbed.
