Ahri sat on the bathroom floor, staring at what was in her hand.
Tears streamed down her face.
Was it really true?
Her hands shook.
How would blaze feel?
Positive
Stared back at her.
She squeezed her eyes shut.
She had been throwing up every morning for about 4 days.
She looked again.
Positive
It wasn't going to change.
"I'm home!"
There was a pause.
"Ahri?"
She took a shaky breath.
"I'm in here."
It was obvious in her voice that she had been crying.
She heard what sounded like a bag dropping before footsteps booking it down the hall.
He slid to a stop in front of the bathroom door, immediately running in.
"What's wrong hon?" He sat down next to her on the floor.
She gave him the test with shaky hands and watched his expression change.
"Is this a-"
She nodded.
"Are you sure it's accurate?"
She motioned to the pile of different tests all reading "positive".
Tears welled in his eyes, and a smile formed on his face.
"You aren't upset or anything?"
"What?!? No! How could I be upset?!"
"You're crying..."
"These are tears of joy!"
She smiled.
"Ahri..."
He pulled her into a hug.
"We're going to be parents!"
