"Mommy! Daddy!" Itsuki squealed. His tiny fox tail swung back and forth at high speeds. Blaze and Ahri sat on their knees.
"We missed you so much!"
Blaze embraced his son.
"Wow, you've gotten so big!"
"Nana said I talk a lot."
Blaze ruffled his hair.
"You sure do."
Misaki buried her face in Ahri's chest, squeezing her stuffed penguin.
"I missed you, mama."
"I know honey. But we're back now."
"Do you promise you won't leave again?"
"I promise."
