this was originally gonna be ab Florida's birthday
but it just kind stayed in drafts for way too long

- Florida has had many types of birthday parties before, all ranging from different levels.
He's had some with Georgia and North Carolina when he was little and they baked a cake for him, and he's had some with Loui where they get drunk out of their minds and wake up in someone's backyard

- I cant make one damn chapter without Cali
just him buying himself a single cupcake from the store, getting himself a candle, and expecting to just celebrate it alone with his cats

But due to recent circumstances, he has spent at least 1 recent birthday with New York. Because they are wholesome and kind of dorks

- I like to think tiny Hawai'i was pretty close to the other states at least for a little while
So just all of them throwing her a cute lil birthday party

Illinois bakes the cake, Nevada does her hair, Alaska does not leave Wai's side for the entire thing, its just hella wholesome. And once the two are asleep and all, everyone gets drunk out of their mind

Because of course they do

- New York always gets two very aggressive birthday cards one his b-day from Mass and Connecticut. Usually being kinds cute, but also include the have your average northeast language

Cali ordering him a pizza with a note attached saying "I know it's not as good as yours, but I hope you enjoy. Happy Birthday York :)" and York just has this stupid smile on his face that he can't make go away

Anyways

- Have the main 6 thrown a small party for someone within the group? Damn right

If it's for Loui, everyone is just seeing stars by the end of the night

Florida is along the same lines, but they tend to go out and just spread havoc to wherever they go

Insert Texas firing random shots into the air, New York with a whole pizza that he robbed from Little Caesars, Cali pushing a shopping cart with balloons on it, Florida in said cart, Loui stumbling being being a drunken mess, and DC hoping it'll all be over soon

They accidentally made Cali tear up when they finally revealed his surprise party. They just got him a cake and made him feel appreciated. Even Texas for a change

Tex was wary if California poisoned the cake since he was smiling a lot more than usual. He joined him after confirming it wasn't

New York genuinely trying to show his gratitude. Wether it showed or not was up for debate, but they knew he liked it

They forced DC not just not work for the day to give him a break. Two hours were spent hanging out and eating food, the rest of the day was him sleeping. Rhode Island recorded them trying to carry him up to his room quietly and it is now a staple of the group chat

This is not relevant but they all know each other's favorite cake for these parties only
