A/N : Here we go, and before you begin, remember when I said I might make the romance a bit cringe?  Yeah, might have done that a bit too soon. So yeah, be prepared for...anything I guess.

"You remembered?" She asks.

"Course I did, not everyday someone asks me on a date."

"I-I didn't mean it like that." She stutters out.

"Your stutter and blush say otherwise, So, what say we meet up sometime during  our vacation?" I tease, causing her face to redden even more, and she turns her face away.

...

What the hell am I saying?

Why am I going forward with this?

Is this really my hormones or is it just what my heart wants?

she turns to me as soon as she regains some semblance of control over her crimson face, "I would like that..." She mumbles.

"S-So how about after the field trip?"

She nods, agreeing to my proposal.

Just then the bell rings, signaling the start of the next class.

"I should get going to Gideon's class now, see ya." I wave as I walk away.

What the hell is wrong with me?

Did I really go against my better judgement and ask her out? (A/N : You thought it was your heart, but it was me Erebus!)

Well, it is what it is I guess.

Gideon's class goes by without any issues, other than him throwing a chalk at a green haired girl who was conversing with Arthur.

He asks her to state the 'primary components of a basic light producing artifact,' to which she not only stated each component but also began to explain what their purpose is and how the LPA is created.

Gideon was forced to interrupt, "Okay, okay. That's enough! Sheesh, I just asked for the material."

I chuckle at this, seems like you have a potential competitor for the moniker of the #1 Artificer in Dicathen, Gideon.

After class I bump into Nathan in the corridors, "Hey, where were you? Haven't seen you all day."

"I, uh, had something to do. Just some family business." He replies with a strained smile.

Somehow I find it unlikely that he missed two classes for 'just some family business.'

But I don't pry, its personal for him that much I can deduce.

I'll know if he decides to tell me.

"I see, so you coming for the other classes?" I ask.

"Yeah, I will." He says.

I notice Arthur talking to the same Green haired girl from before.

"Anyways you have a senior class now right?" He asks.

"Yeah." I say.

"So I'll see you later then." He swiftly runs away.

Something is definitely wrong with him.

I notice Arthur talking with the same green haired girl from the class.

"Sup Arthur." I greet, just before hitting his shoulder.

"What was that for?" He asks.

"You know exactly what that was for you sly bastard." I say.

He chuckles, "Alright, fair enough I guess."
