(Y/N)'s POV

"Remind me again... why are we here?" I whispered as me and Natasha ascended a staircase to what was apparently her old flat. Seemed coincidental that Rick was just talking about this no less than a day ago.

"A friend sent me those vials. I need to know why." Natasha said before motioning for me to quiet down as she went ahead and approached the door. Apparently she had also hidden guns around the place and just kinda whipped out a pistol from somewhere.

I slowly moved to stand at Nat's side as she started picking the door lock. It seemed a little... time wasting. It wasn't like she could ask the resident to open it.

"I know you're out there." Another female voice called out from inside. This 'friend' didn't exactly seem friendly. Natasha picking the lock, grabbing one of her backup guns. I didn't do that every time I went to see Eddie. Speaking of which, I wondered how he was doing.

"I know you know I'm out here." Natasha replied, pushing open the door with a creak as she finished picking the lock. She slid in first with her gun at the ready. I went in after her, taking a moment to look around the place. It wasn't much, but it was interesting to examine.

"Then why are you skulking about like it's a minefield?" The other woman's voice echoed through the home. She had a good point.

"Yes, why are you?" I asked, very carelessly strolling ahead of her as she lightly hit my arm as a warning. What was the worst that could happen?

"I don't know if I can trust you." Natasha called out in response, trying to overtake me, but I just moved in front of her.

"Funny." The other woman chuckled. "I was going to say the same thing." I continued walking until we reached a window and two doors on our left and right.

"I'm trustworthy. I dunno about her." I said, stepping in front of the doorway and turning my head to see a blonde girl with a pistol aimed at me. What was it with people and pistols? Where were the AR-15s at?

"Is that what you are?" The woman asked, unmoving. Natasha practically shoved me out of the way, pointing her own gun at the girl. Okay, no need to think about the fact there was a window right where she pushed me. Great job, Nat.

"That's a little rude." The blonde said. I was close to switching sides here.

"Yeah, so is he." Natasha stepped into the room and I summoned a knife in my hand before following. Bringing a knife to a gunfight wasn't my best plan, but I preferred them to guns. I didn't actually think I'd need it, but it was in case this woman was in reality some genocidal mass murderer hidden behind a pretty face.

The other woman backed further down into the room as Natasha followed her. The fact the two looked in sync and refused to lower their guns was almost amazing.

"Put it down before I make you." The woman threatened.

"You put yours down." Natasha responded as the two stepped into the kitchen.

"Why don't we all put them down?" I bargained. The other girl tripped slightly as she backed up, making me contain a smirk. "Careful."

The woman just chuckled back, yet didn't move her gun away from Natasha. The two eventually came to a halt, the barrels of their guns inches apart. Ah, now I could smell the brawl that was about to ensue. I dispelled the blade in my hand and just leant against the doorframe to watch.

The two grabbed at one another's guns in unison, swapping weapons and aiming again. Next was them grappling, the blonde kicking Natasha and slamming her into two walls, all of which I was watching for in amusement.
