"Cale, your finally here!"

The window of the room there was opened wide, letting the warm morning breeze inside the space; Cale could immediately spot two figures that greeted him enthusiastically.

  One of them, was of course, Neo who was holding a bright colored hair piece with frills. And next to him was...

  The illegitimate daughter and the only young mistress of the Tolz family. And the reason why Neo's mother and the Lady of the house is no longer here;

Eione Tolz,

Though she was the product of what made the family fall apart, she was loved by her half brother, and the lord himself seemed to care about her too.

Though not as conspicuous.

"Cale-pa!" Eione raised both of her arms as she giggled at Cale's direction. Asking him to pick her up like he would usually do.

"Hello there, little princess"

  Cale did as she wanted, he held her by her side and snuggled his nose to the crook of her neck, blowing kisses-- making her laugh.

"Did you already have breakfast? You didn't join us this morning" Neo also stood up and faced Cale who just entered.

"I had to finish something urgent that came up. Ron also help bring me some... breakfast" which he did not even touched "For me to eat,"

"Is that so?" Neo droned, still worrying. His eyes was set onto Cale's visible neck.

  Though Cale wasn't skinny, he still look too lean for someone his age. And that made Neo worried a bit. Especially of what the Henituse Count would think if he saw his son came back like this.

He might even think that the Tolz's were purposely starving his child!

  Fortunately or not, Neo's thoughts were instantly scattered when he saw his sister tugged onto Cale's sleeve,

"Cale-Pa! hair braid!" 

  The little one showed him the artificial ornaments she had in her tiny grab. This was also something Eione had asked him when they first met. And something that made Neo panicked at the sight, and apologize furiously at Cale repeatedly after.

Though Cale was taken aback at first, he didn't really mind it much and immediately let her do what she wanted. 

  If that's all it needs to gain a favor from the youngest princess of the Tolz family, as well as the young master along the way, Then he already considered it a win.

"Sure,"

Cale put her down and sat beside her on the fur carpet. 

  There were already several other ribbons and hair accessories laid there. Some of them had gemstones and diamonds etched in it, and some had engravings of swans and flowers and other beautiful things.

"I'll call someone to get us some more refreshments and snacks. Do you want anything specific?"

"Something sweet will be nice, maybe an sweet ice tea?" 

"Okay, anything else?

"I'll just have that, you can choose the rest of the snacks" 

"How about you, Eine?"

Eione looked up towards her brother and tilt her head, she looked like she was truly contemplating on what to choose.

"Cookies and Milk! Neo-buni!"
