Brandon's POV

Our wedding night had proved to be rather eventful for more than just us. Kota's mom had spent time with Beltene and in an odd cosmic twist, they are now dating - wait is that the right term for that? I mean how the hell do you really explain a mortal woman dating an immortal god? My brain hurts thinking about it.

Jess had met one of the younger Druids and was planning to move to London to finish her studies. Luke had given her the keys to their old flat to use while there. He said that way Kota would know where she was and safe. We were all getting ready to head to the airport to see them off when Corey burst through the door.

"Family meeting in the healing chambers, now!" His hair was disheveled and he looked like he hadn't slept. Marc and I exchanged a look and didn't hesitate. He grabbed my hand and when we walked in the door, I saw Nimue on a healing table.

"Mo chúis, are you okay," I asked, stepping next to the table and taking her hand.

She gave me a sweet smile and nodded, "I'm better than okay, but let's wait until everyone is here." She gave my hand a quick squeeze as we waited for the others to arrive. When everyone had finally arrived, she nodded to Corey. "It was brought to my attention that I needed to come to see the healers, to confirm Corey's suspicions - apparently, being a wolf gives you a highly developed sense of smell, especially when it comes to body chemistry." Corey stepped to Raven, Nate, and Kota, handing each of them a small box as he held his own. "My loves, would you please open the boxes at the same time?"

We all watched as they opened their boxes and grinned. They held up tiny onesies - Nate's said 'Little Prince', Kota's said 'Daddy's Little Firecracker', Raven's said 'Holly Princess', and Corey's said 'Little Wolf'. Erica let out a squeal of joy and ran to embrace Nimue, then each of the guys.

I grabbed Corey and hugged him tightly, "Congrats, brother! I'm really happy for you." My eyes were wet with tears as I felt moisture on my shoulder.

"Thanks, Bran. I was so scared, even after the wedding that one day she was just going to tell me to leave," he said, pulling back, his eyes drifting to where she stood surrounded by everyone. "I love her more than I can even explain."

I nodded, "I know exactly how you feel."

"So Corey and Kota's are kind of vague," Marc said, "boys or girls?"

Nimue grinned, "Both are boys. Raven's daughter will have three over-protective brothers to smother her," she giggled. Her hand instinctively went to her stomach.

"Da, they will protect when I can't," Raven glowed with pride as he also touched her stomach. "She'll be fierce just like her mama." Nimue gave him a wide smile.

I couldn't wait to see her get to enjoy this pregnancy. She deserved it. But a sudden dark thought crossed my mind - we still hadn't found her damned aunt. I noticed Corey cock his head to the side and look at Erica funny, then Beltene caught our glances and he put his finger to his lips with a sly grin and shook his head. I chuckled, "Kota's gonna flip out."

"Yeah, imagine having a little brother or sister the same age as your own son," Corey said, "This is going to be really odd."

I shrugged, "We should have expected it. I mean the guy is a fertility god after all." Corey just rolled his eyes at me and we both broke out laughing as the rest of them cast questioning looks our way.

Marc came up behind me, wrapping his arms around me, "Maybe someday we'll get to share that with her," he whispered, nipping my ear. I leaned back and smiled at the thought. Corey flashed me a happy grin then headed back to Raven. I looked around the room and felt so content. Who would have imagined all those years ago when Corey and I were fighting just to survive, that we would end up here, complete with magical abilities, married, and parents? It boggles my mind.

The next few weeks fell into a comfortable rhythm. Now that Nate had been officially crowned, several groups within the magical communities had started contacting and even visiting Avalon. The meeting with the Oilliphéist was a tense situation at best. Despite Jerron being their king, several felt it beneath them to have a human queen. After numerous challenges for his position, he finally put the matter to rest when he ripped off the head of his biggest opponent. Nimue waited until they'd all left to run off and throw up in the bushes. Hell, even I was queasy and I'm not the one pregnant with four kids!

Much to their dislike, Raven and Corey had been forced to travel to the Dark Fae lands to deal with problems among the factions, and Victor left two days ago with Jax. Something about a tribunal for Abhartach and Cerridwyn getting mouthy. The rest of us had stayed close by as much as possible. We all still had that nagging fear about her aunt.

Nimue sat on a blanket, playing with Aislin and Declan when she winced and rubbed her chest. "Mo chúis, are you okay?" I asked, kneeling beside her.

She gasped and flinched again, "Something's wrong, Brandon," she panted, trying to catch her breath. I saw her eyes flash amber for a moment, just like Corey's then she sagged in my arms.

"Luke, Marc, Gabe, anyone!" I yelled as loud as I could, making both Aislin and Declan start to cry. In seconds almost everyone was there including Arawn, who sensed Aislin's distress.

"What the fuck happened to Snow?" Gabe barked as he took her from my arms. Luke and Arawn grabbed the babies.

"I don't know," I said, shaking my head. "She said something was wrong, then her eyes flashed that amber color like Corey's and she passed out. Sean held his hand over her stomach, then her heart and head. "Is there a problem with the babies?" The very thought terrified me and I could see by the expressions on everyone else's faces, it terrified them as well.

"The babies are fine," Sean said, frowning, then making a choking sound. "Her bond - what if something is wrong with Corey and she felt it through the wolf bond?"

I gave her a longing glance, "I'm going. Who's coming?"

"I'm with you all the way, love," Marc said, grabbing my hand.

"Count me in too," Nate added, then North and Silas followed suit. The others stayed behind in case it was some type of setup to get Nimue alone as it had been before.

I focused on Corey and in a blink, North teleported all of us. My mouth gaped as I saw my brother, pinned to the ground by three women, their fangs extended. Raven was fighting a group of pookas, trying desperately to get to him.

"Get the fuck away from my brother!" I roared and we all charged forward.
