Once Masaru left the pair to their own devices Katsuki employed a quick kiss to silence his flustered partner before he could protest his position as the Old Hag's favorite. It was chaste and innocent but still managed to rob the seated youth of his breath. A split second of peace spread through the greenette's chest as he gazed into his boyfriend's ruby orbs before the panic set in. Too wide jade colored eyes frantically looked towards the kitchen entry behind the leaning teen and back to the handsome face of the boy who had long past stolen his heart. After turning completely and lifting up to his knees on the comfortable couch, Izuku lightly punched a well sculpted deltoid and grabbed the other by his shirtfront.
"Kacchan! What if your parents see!" His usually higher pitched and somewhat melodic voice was so uncharacteristically low it almost hissed. Emerald pools that had been comically large seconds ago were now slotted and menacing looking, though ultimately ineffective at intimidating their intended target. The deep chuckle Deku received in reply to his efforts at channeling his inner Dynamight caused an instant pout to form on his attractive face.
"One, they can't see you Dumbass. Unless one of them developed x-ray vision and forgot to tell me they can't look through my body at your tiny fucking self. I'm blocking the view. Two, they're busy cooking. You can't see the couch directly from the stove, remember? That's why the Hag sent me out here to ask about drinks, Idiot. If we could see you and the Old Man from there I wouldn't be standing here. Paranoia makes you stupid Deku." Leaning in again and stealing another quick kiss, the hit to the head with the small decorative pillow was not entirely unexpected by the explosion quirk user. As he rounded the couch to sit, there was a momentary pause as the two teens looked at one another with nearly identical thoughts.
The urge to cuddle up to the somewhat taller boy was strong for the son of Inko but he truly didn't want to give them away just yet. For his part the blonde was quite tempted to take the other into his lap, suddenly craving the feel of his barely smaller body pressed against him.
In the end they each sat at opposite ends of the comfortable couch tossing a pillow between them to avoid temptation. The two bantered back and forth about which Hero's on the current news program would be a good match for each of their classmates.
Unbeknownst to the pair, the resident's other blonde whispered to her own partner about how happy she was with the somewhat recent development between the two teens. Her brat was not only friends with Inko's boy again but from the sound of their conversation he was getting along with his classmates as well. At least well enough to insult each one specifically and in her book that's progress. She knew her son had developed some of her own anger management habits along with her husband's penchant for bottling up emotions so it was reassuring to hear Katsuki was doing well socially. In his own way of course.
A few hours later dinner was done and as the two youths cleaned up there was a knock at the door. Soon a crying Mrs. Midoriya stood in the middle of the entry hall with an almost deathgrip-like hug on her equally tearful only son. After the water works died down some she greeted her friends and gave a pleasant but somewhat cold greeting to their progeny while refusing to let go of her own. After that the two families visited for a while longer before the Midoriya's left for the evening.
Luckily for the secret couple, none of the chattering adults seemed to take note of the reluctant looks on their children's faces as they parted ways. Neither wanted to say goodbye but would be unable to explain exactly why without outing themselves. It was not what either would have preferred, but the first day of the impromptu school break had gone by well for the two UA students.
It was an hour later when both boys each found themselves laid in bed reflecting on their day and missing one another. Craving more time with his Bunny, Bakugo reached for his phone and quickly thought up a reason to make the night last longer.
