"You're just going to have to trust me. It is. The blonde mongrel was talking to himself yesterday in the lobby so he's already hearing the voice. It won't be long before his own fears start tearing his mind apart. With the power of his quirk it would only take one outburst to create some real damage. Those idiot Heros will just think it's his shitty personality too. He could go the opposite way still and become a little whiner who's scared shitless of himself but I haven't seen any signs of that and he's been at that gods forsaken tower every day. He's the perfect target. If I'd been able to hit HIM the first go around then Igishi's plan would have worked out months ago. That soft bellied green dumbass chose to go crazy instead of giving into the madness. Stupid shit would rather sacrifice his own mind than tarnish the image of Heros. If we're lucky he'll either snap while he's out there on his own and kill somebody or just go completely feral. Either way the boss will be able to link it back to the school and once he does it'll be bye bye baby Heros."

"Do you guys know why he hates that school so much? I mean, we ALL hate Heros but he seems to have a particular hard on for that place."

"I don't know the specifics but I think it has something to do with that principal rat guy."

Having heard enough to confirm the woman's affiliation and her companions' guilt, Hawks called in his team and contacted Specter. The ground team would apprehend the three Villains with backup from the number two Hero if needed and take them into custody at the local police station until All Might's team could retrieve them.

As soon as the three exited the building they were caught and placed in quirk canceling cuffs with little resistance. The element of complete surprise worked in the Hero's favor as the trio was totally off guard. Not realizing other Hero agencies were cooperating with Might Tower in their search for the missing Deku made them sloppy. The recording showed that they knew Heros could have been nearby but clearly didn't expect them to be involved with their victim so far from All Might's territory.
