"Fucking finally. I thought those losers would never shut the hell up." A slight slap to the shoulder met Bakugo's brutally honest reflection on the evening's proceedings.

"Be nice Kacchan, those are our friends you're talking about." Chiding his boyfriend for his characteristically negative reference to their classmates, Midoriya secured his door lock.

"YOU'RE friends Deku. To me they are extras."

"Even Kiri?"

"Low blow asshole." The room's owner only blew a kiss to his guest in reply as he stepped over to his dresser in search of a shirt to sleep in.

It was just after nine and all the members of UA's 'Star Class' had finished cleaning up the kitchen after a few of the girls kindly prepared dinner for everyone. Currently, all the Heros in training were making their way to dorm rooms and showers to turn in for the night. They had school in the morning after all.

Wrapping his arms around his freckled partner from behind, effectively preventing the greenette from removing his shirt, Bakugo smirked. "Either way. Now that we're alone, I finally get you all to myself again."

The week at home was a nice change of pace. It was a needed break to spend time with their respective families away from their studies and rigorous training, regardless of how much they practiced on their own. But as with most things there were drawbacks to go with the benefits. For example: they had not been able to be as close to one another as they would have liked for the last seven days. Before the impromptu mini holiday, neither youth noticed how accustomed they had become to sleeping together over the last month or so. Something that was made more obvious to them both on the second night away.

Neither boy slept Sunday. Instead, they stayed up texting. Both unable to get comfortable without the feel of the other next to them. Even knowing the other was technically closer than he was in the dorms was of no help that night.

During the short week away they had each made use of Katsuki's sleeping pills but Izuku only once. After his experiment with the tiny chemical aids Monday evening he quickly learned why the blonde hated taking them the morning after. The next day they started sparring in the afternoons as a means to release energy and the smaller boy mostly relied on sheer exhaustion to bring him sleep at night.

It was rougher on the ruby-eyed teen. He refused his 'little helpers' until Tuesday when one of his nightmares decided to visit. After waking his parents with his screams, the proud male decided the lesser of two evils was to rely on the little round chemical supplements. As much as he hated ever admitting defeat, the thought of accidentally blowing up his family home in his sleep was not appealing. He was grateful the tormenting dreams were less frequent these days, but they were only completely absent when he took the horrid capsules or held his Nerd in his arms.

Guess which method he preferred.

Now that the pair was back in the dorms there was no need to be apart and both fully intended to take advantage of it. Tonight they would be staying in the smaller youth's room but the rest of the week they would stay in the blonde's since it granted more space. Amazing how a lack of All Might memorabilia made an identical area seem so much larger. Go figure.

I'm so glad I get to sleep next to Kacchan again, I hate when he has to take those pills. I know they make him feel terrible the next morning. If he feels even a fraction of the headache they gave me every time he takes them I don't know how he can stand it. He's so amazing! As both blissfully happy future Pros lay side by side they enjoyed just being with the one they loved. Eyes closed and hearts content, each was perfectly at peace.

Turning in the other boy's hold as they stood by the now closed door, Deku held his boyfriend's face in his hands as he smiled softly. Rubbing a scared thumb over the lips he knew so well, he kissed them lightly before looking up to heated ruby red eyes. "Remember what you told me earlier before Mina started the movie?"
