"Please tell me how long Deku has been missing and what information is known in as much detail as possible." If it were anybody else, the darkly completed man's ability to accurately assess the situation without having actually been told anything much at all would have been shocking. From Spector, it was mundane.

"The Nerd told everyone he was going home early for break but we found out today that he never did. He left UA before exams so he's been gone for almost two weeks. Frostbite and I have been looking into his weird behavior over the last few months and we think we have it narrowed down. She thinks he was attacked by a Villain the day he spoke at the elementary school. He said he had some weird conversation with a female citizen that day on his way to meet up with Discount Elsa after leaving the school. The strange part is he couldn't recall the woman's face or anything they actually talked about."

"That does sound suspicious, considering how observant Deku typically is. We, of course, all noticed his change in demeanor the last few months but were hoping it was just an adjustment to the stresses of Hero work. Only interacting with him once a week certainly did not give us a good enough picture of his overall state considering none of us would have suspected he would voluntarily go into hiding. If he was indeed attacked the exact kind of quirk involved needs to be investigated immediately while we search. May I ask if we know WHY he has chosen to leave rather than confide in either of you?" A slight grunt from the shorter blonde indicated he was not up for answering that particular question.

Understanding his young ward's discomfort while explaining his partner's struggle to their boss, Toshinori addressed his employee. "We suspect this quirk to have attacked him psychologically. It seems to have been disrupting his sleep with violent and hurtful dreams as well as causing auditory hallucinations. Both seem to have been focused on highlighting his innermost fears and being the true Hero he is, young Midoriya has chosen to face his struggles alone so he does not put others at risk."

Nodding, the bespectacled man instantly understood Dynamight's reluctance to expand. "Though I am certain it may be an uncomfortable topic to discuss, it would be helpful to know so I apologize in advance but what are the boy's fears sir?"

"The Dumbass thinks he's gonna get somebody killed because he can't control his quirk 100%."

"Young Bakugo, I know you are understandably upset right now but I must remind you of where you are and whom you are addressing at the moment." Sighing slightly, the retired Number One returned to stand next to his now aggravated looking pupil.

"Feel free to give me whatever punishment you want later All Might. But right now I couldn't give a shit about playing nice. Not until I have him back." Arms crossed, the look on the younger male's face spoke volumes. Yes, he was mad but more than that he was determined. Izuku level determined. Arguing with him would gain nothing.

Without any further preamble, the two blondes began to fill in the onyx-eyed analyst with everything they knew from Izuku's letters as well as from Dynamight and Flurry's investigations. After about forty-five minutes there was a knock at the door before the snow quirk user herself along with two other Pro's came in. Quake was short, Mineta short, with almost buzzed silver colored hair and nearly all white eyes. Sagasu was the opposite. She was almost impossibly tall and resembled mythic Amazonian women with hair so long it nearly touched the floor. At first it looked to be blue but as the statuesque Hero moved closer it seemed to be more iridescent, shifting colors with the light. Her solid black eyes were eery and made her otherwise plain face seem a little like an Oni.

"Thank you both for coming. We have a somewhat delicate matter that requires your specific expertises." The two were the agency's best trackers so they knew they were looking for a missing person without having to be told. Question was, who? Quake's quirk allowed them to identify any kind of vibration traveling through solid objects. They were experts at tracking the footsteps of a specific person even in the biggest of crowds which was extremely helpful in finding Villains that tried to escape by blending into groups of normal citizens. Sagasu's quirk allowed her to see perfectly for over ten kilometers. Her eyes worked like the world's best superzoom cameras letting her see all around in every direction when she was at a high point. Being nearly 220cm tall worked well towards that end. She was one of the few females that could literally stand eye to eye with All Might in his Hero form.

"Missing child, escape convict, clever Villain, who are we looking for?" Crossing their arms, Quake tried not to tap their foot in impatience. They were missing their lunch break for this so it had better be good!

Looking at the expression on Dynamight's face the taller of the tracking Heros made a quick assumption and hoped she was wrong. "It's not Deku is it?"

Flurry had suspected that was what was going on when All Might showed up out of nowhere with her little Pomeranian in tow with no Green in sight. When neither of them answered her before she left to find Quake and Sagasu she had hoped she was wrong. Shit. She hated being right sometimes. "Did he leave or was he taken?"

"Leave? What are you talking about Flurry? If the little Green Bean is missing he was obviously taken." Quake was almost offended on behalf of the missing boy for the assumption that he might be a runaway. That little ball of never ending sunshine ran away of his own accord? Preposterous!

Gaining everyone's attention by clearing his throat, the skeletal form of Yagi addressed his team. "I'm afraid it is not that simple Quake. It is true that young Midoriya is the person we are looking for. But it is also true that he has disappeared of his own free will." A harsh scoff from the shorter blonde to his left caught All Might's attention. "Well, in a way he has chosen to flee. It would appear that Deku encountered a female Villain some months ago and was affected by a quirk we have never encountered before. The quirk seems to amplify one's innermost fears and manifest them in the form of dreams and whispered voices. It is no secret that Deku fears hurting others by losing control of his power and it seems that over time, this mysterious quirk has continued to influence him. Because of this he has decided it would be safer for everyone if he were to leave. We are unsure if he is aware that this is a quirk or if he truly believes he is dangerous but we can address that once he is located. We need to first find him. Then we can determine if it is safe for everyone to bring him in directly or if precautionary measures are needed."

Taking in everything her boss said, Sagasu spoke up once more. "All Might, I take it other agencies as well as the school will also be looking for him?"

"Yes, all the students in the boy's class are going to ask their agencies to assist and Nezu will be working with the police. Some of the teachers will also be looking but we are going to try and not leak word to the rest of the classes or instructors. We do not want to panic anyone or risk the school's reputation right now in light of all the trouble with the LOV last year." Crossing his bird-like arms, the rather impressively tall man looked to his still quiet pupil. The youth simply stood by the wall listening. Staring at the floor in front of him he seemed as if he were thinking. The boy's lifelong idol found it somewhat worrisome when the youth failed to have any angry outbursts as everyone discussed his missing partner. Concerned for how he might be coping with the day's events so far, Toshinori prepared to address his charge but was cut off by the boy himself.

"Hey, Discount Elsa. Can I talk to you for a minute?" All Might would be surprised by the bluette's lack of response for the interesting nickname later, for now it was its author's calmness that had not only his attention but Specter's as well.

The pair of Hero and intern stepped out of the occupied office and into an empty conference room before closing the door. As the older of the two turned to face the blonde she gasped. There in front of her was not a Hero hopeful, not a fiery angry youth but a clearly broken teen. The passive and almost blank expression he had worn up till now cracked and it was as if a mask were melting off from his handsome features. Motherly instincts kicking in, she stepped closer and held him tightly and unquestioningly as the young Pro in training fell to pieces. Sobs began to wrack through his body against his will as screams were muffled into the busty woman's shoulder.
