"TAYLOR!"

My mom comes running in to the living room and sees me hyperventilating. She takes me into her arms and hugs me as tightly as she can without hurting me

"It's okay, I need you to breathe for me. Take a deep breath" she says taking a deep breath too she lets me go and kneels in front of me "follow my breathing" she says taking deep breaths for me to follow

My mom helps me breathe for a few minutes until I calm down

"You okay?"

I nod

"Travis could you please bring her drink for her, I left it on the counter"

Travis nods and goes to the kitchen as my mom sits down next to me.

She doesn't want to leave my side it's been months since I had an anxiety attack

"Can I go up to my room?"

My mom nods and Travis walks in

"Do you need me to help you?" My mom says giving me hand

"I can carry you up if you want" Travis offers

"No I can walk"  I tell him, the meds have started to go down so everything is beginning to hurt again but id rather suffer through the pain than let him carry me up

My mom helps me up from the couch and gives me her arm to help me upstairs but she notices I'm having trouble after the third step and picks me up all the way to my bedroom.

"I'll be right back okay?"

I nod and my mom comes up a few minutes later with my smoothie and pain meds

She stays with me until she makes sure I finish the smoothie to give me my meds since I'm not supposed to take them on an empty stomach.

"Do you need anything else?" Says while in bed with me running her fingers through my hair

"I think I left my phone downstairs, could you bring it to me please?" My mom nods "oh could you bring the cats too?"

"Yeah I'll be right back" she says chuckling

She comes in placing benji and Olivia on my bed and takes my phone out of her pocket

"I don't where Meredith is"

"Don't worry she made her way in here" I say taking the blanket off of the cat that's hiding under it

"Oh there she is" my mom says getting in to bed

"Mom you don't have to stay with me, I feel better, Travis is waiting for you downstairs anyway"

"I know, but I need to talk to you, I haven't gotten a chance to be alone with you" she says softly while rubbing my arm

Oh shit I think

"What you did was wrong, you had no business being out and about at 2 am, besides you were grounded and i specifically told you you couldn't go out and you snuck out" she doesn't raise her voice at me for a single second "you disobeyed me, and no I'm not going to ground you more because this is probably enough punishment" she says pointing to my jaw "but I need to know where you are, you can't do stuff like this okay? You had us so worried"
