"MOM!" I yell as I see my mom laying on the floor, tears running down my face as I sit next to her

Trav comes and picks her up and takes her to the couch.

"She'll be okay Kas", he says trying to calm me but I can tell that he's scared "I'm gonna go get the paramedics on site"

I nod as I cry and hold moms hand

Trav shows up with the paramedics as they check moms vitals

They say they have to take her to the hospital but I can't go with her in the ambulance since I'm underage, and Travis doesn't want to go with her and leave me alone so the driver takes us both to the hospital

They take mom in to a private room as we wait in the waiting room.

I'm starting to feel myself hyperventilating and Travis notices quickly

"Kas are you okay?"

I can't answer

"Kas?"

I can see the panic in his voice

"I think this is what Taylor does" he whispers to himself and kneels in front of me

"Kas I need you to look at me and follow my breathing" he says starting to take a deep breath

I follow him as much as I can until I start feeling better

"Do you need a hug?"

I shake my head

"How about some water?"

I nod

"Ok I'll be right back" he says and goes to the vending machine in the corner

"Here, take a sip, it might make you feel better" he says opening the bottle for me

I try to thank him but I can't manage to get words out so I just nod and drink some water

"Don't worry, I won't tell Tay, I know you don't want to worry her" he says extending his pinky out to me and I link mine weakly into his

"Taylor's woke up, she had a heat stroke and we had to regulate her temperature, we'd like to keep her overnight to keep an eye on her, but you guys are welcome to come see her" the doctor says when he comes up to us

"You go ahead Kassie" Travis tells me and I nod, heading with the doctor

"Hi baby" my mom says weakly as I stand in the doorway

She's in the hospital bed with an IV in her arm and looks exhausted

"Mom, I was so scared" I say hugging her and she hugs back weakly

"Im sorry baby, I'm sorry I scared you like that, but I'm okay, I'll be fine" she assured me and I nod

"I told you not to go back out there" I say crying

"I know, and I should've probably listened to you, but I'll be okay, don't worry anymore"

I'm crying as I sit next to my mom

Come here she says scooching over a bit so I can lay with her

My mom was released the next day and she was ordered to stay on bed rest for two days

She wasn't cleared to fly until tomorrow

But Travis had to leave today or else he wouldn't make it to a game and he insisted on staying, but mom told him he had to leave

After a lot of back and forth bickering my mom finally convinced him to go

The three of us are in the living room of the suite. My mom and I are cuddled up on one couch while Travis sits across from us
