Rachel Sandoval and her big brother Darry have been through quite a lot. They were abused by their father and was left by their mother. Now that Darry turned 18, he has full custody of his 15 year old sister. He's developed this over protective pers...
February 27th, 2020 Rachel's p/v Mary and I stayed up the entire night gossiping about whatever came to mind. I'm not sure if Darry heard us because I was underneath 2 blankets and whispering, but I'm going to lie anyway. I just have to play it cool. Eat breakfast, brush your teeth, put clothes on, and enter the car. Mary picked out my outfit so that part should be smooth.
White kiss t-shirt, dark blue flared jeans, black cardigan, black docs, black mini bag, black leather watch, silver star ring, and my beige newsboy cap. She said she's going to give me one of her beige tote bags to match my hat for future outfits. Is it Christmas already?
Darry didn't eat breakfast with me. I may or may have not given myself 10 minutes of just laying in bed. And we may or may not be running late. What's the fun in doing everything on schedule? Last summer Darry and I used to go grocery shopping at 9 pm. I didn't appreciate what I had, but he did.
I put my phone to charge. Darry shoots his eyes at me. "Forgot to charge it last night. This brain ain't serving me like it used to." "I know you pulled an all nighter." "What? How did you clock me so fast?" "You never forget to charge your phone. The outlet may be far from your bed, but you still get up to charge your phone." "I'm sorry, it was sort of happened-" "Don't apologize, I don't have a problem with it. I'm really happy that you and Mary are getting along. She's not giving you any trouble, everything is cool." "I'm not giving her any trouble either." He smiles to himself. "I know."
The fighter in me always needs to find a problem. Darry has no problem with me pulling an all nighter if I was calling Mary. But if it was anyone else? God forbid it was with Tyler. I have to give some credit though, he was super chill with me going to his house. And thank the lord he did or else I wouldn't have gotten pictures of my angel and cuddles from my angel.

Pictures of Tyler too.
Mary's p/v "The loss burned so much that he left Jill at the party. Isn't that just so golden?" "One heck of a story. Did he come back for her?" I laugh. "Nope! Hard to feel sorry for someone who chooses to be friends with that jerk." "She probably ended the friendship last night. It can go without saying." "C'mon, manifest with me that she ended it through text." "That'd be nice-" "What a pathetic little scene we have going over here," Jill crosses her arms, "you weren't at the party yet you're telling it like you were front row. Jonathan was right, I'm never going to run into you at a party." "Are you still friends with that dude, even after he left you embarrassed? Just wait until he turns on you. It won't be pretty." "He's my boyfriend, darling. I for one know how to forgive and forget. You betrayed Jonathan and chose a lier over your own best friend? I'm glad he opened his eyes and realized how stupid you really are." "Yeah, I'm not going to listen to the girl who lets her boyfriend walk all over her. Let him throw a tantrum after losing a fucking pool game and leave you to fend for yourself a million times over. One day you'll be tired, and that day you'll actually grow a brain." "Did you eat yours for breakfast? How cold-heated can someone be. Finding pleasure in humiliating the one person who tolerated you? Couldn't be me, honestly." "Is this girl giving you problems?" Jonathan says as he walks towards us. He wraps his arm around Jill's waist. I almost said yes. "She was just trashing your name. I know you're above her, I just wanted to put her in her place." "I'm sure she already is in her place. How's the friendship going with Rachel, Mary? Do her followers tolerate you?" "All of this middle school drama is so fucking boring. You guys are acting like you don't shit on Mary. Just be salty that you lost an amazing friend, Jonathan. Maybe it'll make you feel better about yourself." "I lost a naive sheep. Maybe if you stop talking about me and you'll finally move on with your life-"
