I glance at the clock. I need to hurry up if I want to have dinner on the table by the time Sebastian gets home. As we're in Italy, I figured I'd make an Italian meal: risotto. I arrived earlier today to surprise Sebastian. He's still at the factory, where he should be until about 5 minutes from now. The drive from the factory to his apartment is about 10 minutes, which gives me 15 minutes to finish the meal.

As I set the table, I keep an eye on risotto, which should be done soon. After the table is set, I get out a bottle of wine, Sebastian's favorite. I pour the wine in both our glasses before going back to check on my risotto. I smile when I see it's done, and that with time to spare! I put the risotto on a lower fire to make sure it stays warm but doesn't burn.

"Hello?" I hear Sebastian's voice say in the hallway. He doesn't know I'm here and is probably confused why the lights are on in his apartment. I don't reply to him and sit down at the dinner table, waiting until he walks in.

"Y/N?" Sebastian calls out and I smile at the fact that he hopes it's me. When Sebastian walks into the living room, a smile appears on his face.

"Hey Seb," I greet him as I get up and walk towards him. Sebastian wraps his arms around me when I reach him and pulls me close.

"Liebling," he whispers into my ear before he presses a kiss against the side of my head.

"How are you?" I ask as I step out of Sebastian's embrace.

"I'm good, has a good day at the factory."

"I'm glad. Are you hungry?"

"You cooked for me?"

"I did, I made you risotto."

"Let's eat then," Sebastian says and we make our way over to the table.

"You sit down, I'll grab our plates," I tell him and he nods. I walk to the kitchen and put the risotto on two plates, putting some parmesan and parsley over it before bringing them to the table.

"It looks delicious," Sebastian tells me as I put the plate in front of him.

"Thank you," I say as I sit down across from him, "I hope it tastes just as well."

"I'm sure it will."

"Are you ready for the race next week?" I ask as we start eating our food.

"Almost, we need to do some small things, but I feel like it's going to be a good race."

"That's good. I was thinking about coming along, if that's alright with you?"

"Of course it is, I love it when you come along, you know that. But don't you have school?"

"No, I have a week off as I don't have any redo's from last semester," I explain and Sebastian nods, a proud look on his face. I'm in my last year of college, doing pretty well if I say so myself. Sebastian has been very supportive and has told me many times how proud he is that I'm getting a degree.

"So you'll be here the rest of the week?"

"Until Sunday night."

"I've missed you Liebling," Sebastian tells me as he reaches across the table to take my hand.

"I've missed you too."

"I wish you could just come along to every race."

"Next season," I promise him, "I'll be done with my study and I'll be able to come along to every race."

"I can't wait."

"Me neither," I say as I continue eating my food, not wanting it to get cold.

"So, what else do you have planned for tonight?"
