Klaus's pov

I was standing at the bar in Mystic grill, having a pint of bourbon before heading back to finalise my plans to break my curse tomorrow night, when suddenly out of the corner of my eye, I see a young girl enter the  grill with a look of determination on her face, I watch her from the corner of my eye as she looks around the grill before her eyes land on mine and her face turns into a scowl as she storms over to me, if I didn't know any better I'd say that is Stefan's daughter "You're Klaus aren't you?" She asks as she comes to stand next to me without looking at me "correct I am love and you are Davina daughter of Stefan Salvatore" I say "I suppose you were expecting me?" She asks "not exactly as I was planning on seeking you out myself but you seeking me out makes things easier for me" I say "you know about me so what do you want?" She asks making me smirk at her confident and determined attitude this girl has fire in her she reminds me a little of my brother Kol, he'd probably like her "I just like to know all my victims secrets I don't particularly like being left in the dark" I say "really because I I barely speak to Elena so why compell some stranger to spy on my dad?" She asks "it's simple really your dad and I were friends many, many years ago he even dated my sister for a while and I was quite fond of him so I like to check up on my friend from time to time especially since he's now involved with my doppelganger" I say "why are you doing this? I've heard from your brother Elijah but I can't help but feel like there's something more to the story than he's letting on too which is why I'm now here talking to you" she says "smart girl you are right there is more to it" I say "what is it? I need to know" she says "why would I tell you? You're probably going to tell Elena" I say "me and Elena aren't friends we just get along for the sake of my dad, I promise I won't say anything I just want to know why you're doing this?" She asks "I'm doing this because my mother took my identity from me long ago which I presume my brother Elijah already told you anyway I'm doing this ritual to break through her curse so I can finally be what I'm suppose to be" I say "there's still more to the story" she says "why would you say that?" I ask "I can sense it" she says "ah yes you're a witch but you have vampire blood running through your veins so it gives you extra senses to your powers" I say "how do you know that?" She asks "I can feel your power it radiates off you and you don't have that human smell your blood smells like vampire which is intriguing because it's almost like it's a shield protecting you from hungry lurking vampires" I say "well I am sort of a miracle well that's what my dad and uncle tell me" she says "they aren't wrong you are a miracle anyway enough with the sentimental talk I must be on my way I have a ritual to prepare for" I say "is there a way you can do the ritual without Elena?" She asks "afraid not little witch the ritual wont work without the Doppelgänger and trust me if there was another doppelganger out there I would use them instead but since there isn't another one I will just have to settle for Elena" I say "how can you be okay with killing someone for the sake of lifting a curse?" She asks "I've lived for a thousand years I use to feel guilty about it but overtime I've grown to endure the suffering of my victims" I say with a smirk "wow you really are a psychopath" she says with a scowl "I'm the best type of psychopath it was nice meeting you little witch" I say before vanishing away from her sight

Davina's pov

I glare as I watch Klaus disappear, this confrontation didn't go as I planned, I was hoping I could somewhat prevent him from doing the ritual or using someone else instead of Elena, yes I know that makes me sound awful but Elena is my dad's girlfriend, he loves her and I know if anything happened to her he would be devastated. Despite the fact Klaus is a total psychopath he seems like he could've been a nice guy if he wasn't plotting to kill my dad's girlfriend and if he wasn't a murderous vampire, he was human once I bet he was a nice guy then I mean Elijah seems like an okay guy but I can sense a darkness in Elijah one similar to Klaus but perhaps that's because they are brothers and they've endured the same thing, I don't know but I can't dwell into it too much as it will make me sympathise with them which I can't do as they are the enemy well Klaus is but I can't be to sure with Elijah.
