Kol's pov

I wake up with a gasp and my hands go straight to my chest expecting to find a dagger there but I frown when I realise there isn't one, I look up blinded by the light coming from the lights on the ceiling, so I close my eyes and blink a few times slowly adjusting to the light and groan as I sit up when I feel a familiar burning sensation in my throat, I need to feed and it's like someone read my mind because the next thing I know a woman is thrown at me with blood pouring from her neck, I immediately grab her and dig my fangs into her neck and hungrily drink from the woman until I've drained all the blood from her body, I move my head away and shove the dead woman on the floor as I start wiping away the blood on my face and as I do I look up and immediately scowl at the man stood a few metres from me, it's none other than my bastard of an older brother Niklaus "you bastard!" I yell in anger getting out of my coffin and throwing it at him as I recall how I ended up back in that blasted coffin "easy now I understand you're angry at me for daggering you but I had my reasons now if you're finished​ with your little tantrum would you please follow me we things to discuss" he says flashing out of the basement to upstairs, I follow after him "what do we exactly have to discuss?" I ask "I found another doppelganger her name's Elena Gilbert and as you already probably guessed I will be sacrificing her in the ritual to break my curse" he says "so what do you want me to do? Charm her into being your sacrificial lamb?" I question "actually no she has a boyfriend Stefan Salvatore" he says "great not that guy why are you telling me all this anyway?" I ask "because I have a job for you" he says "what do you need?" I ask "Stefan has a teenage daughter she doesn't seem too keen on Elena dating her father but she is quite powerful and she still poses a threat to my plans" he says "do you want me to kill her?" I ask "no I don't want any harm coming to that girl all I want you to do is distract her use your charm on her make her like you be her distraction so she doesn't try to get in the way of my plans" he says "you want me to make Stefan Salvatore's daughter fall in love with me by the way how can Stefan be a father vampires can't reproduce?" I ask curiously "I'm not telling you to make the girl fall in love with you just distract her and I know they were my exact thoughts when I found out but then I met her and I could sense she was his daughter she's what witches would call a nature's loophole" he says "I see so what's the girl's name?" I ask "Davina Claire-Salvatore" he says my eyes go wide at the name not the Salvatore part but the Claire part I hung out with a Claire witch a hundred years ago Mary-Alice Claire was her name, is this Davina girl a Claire witch I suppose I will find out when I start my little mission on distracting her, this should be fun I thought

But little did I know this girl would turn my world upside down in the best way possible
