Rural areas.
Caspian would rather live as far away from other people as he possibly can. He doesn't want to live alone, per say, (that's why you're there), but he definitely cannot stand London where people are nearly on top of eachother.
Peter
Suburbs.
Yep, Peter's a total soccer mom who thinks that just enough distance between houses for the kids to practice their sports is the way to go.
Edmund
City slicker all the way.
Edmund likes to be really close to everything, and if he wasn't as close to everything as he is, he might never leave his house because it would seem like such a chore. He loves having the masses of people around and knowing that he's never too far away from someone else.
