Q's POV
I was walking with my love, Sal while holding hands. We got in our car and we drove home. We kept on talking like idiots and singing like dorks.
"I love you Brian."
"I love you too babe." I said while trying to concentrate on the road. Sal put his hand on my thigh and rubbed it. I smiled at him and intertwined fingers with him. I wasn't looking while driving.
"Brian watch out!"
"What Sal-"
A drunk driver crashed my car and we hit something weird. Sal was alright but everything went blurry for me.
"Brian are you alright?! Brian?!" I heard Sal. Everything was going blurry and I closed my eyes. I heard the fade sounds of ambulances. I passed out and didn't know what happened.
Sal's POV
I called the ambulance and they came. I saw Brian being carried away. I got on the ambulance with him. We arrived at the hospital.
Next Day...
I wanted to go in the room but the doctors wouldn't let me.
"Sorry sir visiting hours are over."
I went to call an Uber to pick me. I got my phone out and plugged in my earbuds and listened to "Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely" by Backstreet Boys.

"Alright Sir we are at your destination."
"T-thank you for the r-ride sir." I said with my voice shaking.
I give him tip and left to me and Brian's house. I flopped onto the bed. I sobbed into the pillow and I looked at picture of me and Q. The picture was that he was giving me a piggy back ride. Then another picture were it showed us smiling happily. Please let Brian live. His cat came in and for once I tried not to be scared. I petted his head. It purred and I kept crying. I fell asleep and imagined Q with me.
Q's POV
I woke from.. a hospital bed? I looked around I saw Joe and Murr. They cried and looked over. They were in shock.
"Where's Sal?" I said with my voice groggily.
"Oh my god Brian! Your alive!" Murr said.
They came and attacked me with a bear hug. I smiled and a tear fall down my face. Joe wiped a tear off his face.
"Go get a doctor!" Murr said happily.
"Thank god your alive!"
The doctor came and said I could leave today. So Joe got me clothes and took me home. Joe knocked on the door of me and Sal's house. The door opened.
"Oh hi Joe."
"Hi Sal! I have a surprise!"
"I swear if it's another punishment, I'm not letting you come to my house anymore."
"No you're gonna love it! Close your eyes!"
"Alright."
He closed his eyes and turned his back towards Joe. I got in front of the door.
"Alright Sal open your eyes!"
He turned back and opened his eyes. He saw me and started crying. I smiled. He jumped on me and wrapped his legs around me and hugged me tightly. We stood there for minutes and I kissed him. I rested my forehead against his while he cried.
"Baby don't cry."
"I missed you like crazy!"
"Don't worry I'm fine."
"Thanks Joe and Murr!"
"No prob bud."
They both went home and I walked in with Sal while he still had his legs around me. I kissed him with passion. He parted his lips and let me tongue slip in. Our tongues battled for dominance. One of his hands were in my hair and the other around my neck. We pulled apart and I smiled.
"I love you so much."
"I love you more than this world." I said.
I spend the whole day with him and when we fell asleep we cuddled. I love you so much Sal.
