So, I'm writing Day 2 of 17 Days of Prince and I need to listen to the album for inspiration, right? Day 2 is Emancipation Era and my favorite song just came on.
I'll never forget the day a woman said on one of these forum threads, I'm pretty sure it was one of those Paisley Park Confession. The woman said she worked for Prince and was sitting with him. She claims to have had her diary with her, left it on the table or soundboard, I don't really remember, and P picked it up while her back was turned and read it. Inside, she was gushing about how sexy he was and all that. It's said that she turned around, caught him, and started freaking out but P just laughed.
I almost believed it until a little bit after, I was listening to the world's best three-disk album released in 1996. I was caught up in the song and then everything hit me and I could not stop laughing.

Now, I can never listen to Sleep Around the same even though it's pretty much my favorite song on the album.
