Better together (a clace fan fiction)

In the begining

This is for supernatural fans. This episode is going to be like season four episode three.
Sam_The_Moose_2021 helped me with the idea this chapter!! Thanks so much moose!! If you don't watch supernatural, I still think and hope you will like it. The song will make sense once you get further on in the chapter and once she figures out what she's got to do. You don't have to listen to it but I figured it went with the chapter some so I put it in here. Let me know if you like the chapter.

Jace POV

                     I slide out of bed and quickly change and get out of the room. I meet alec and the entrance. We are going hunting. Clary doesn't know so we are sneaking out and going. It could cause problems but who cares. "Ready" he asks. "Definetly" I say back. We start walking down the road

Clary POV

I wake up to an empty bed. I'm startled by seeing magnus siting on the bed next to me where jace should be. Magnus is just sitting there watching me sleep. I jump and say "what do you, get your freak on by watching other people sleep? what do you want" I ask. "listen to me, you have to stop it" he starts. I am confused. "Stop what" I ask. Magnus instead of telling me, he puts two fingers to my forehead.

                             "Hey girl wake up. You cant sleep here" I here. I open my eyes and see a police officer above me. "Oh sorry... sleep... where" I ask confused about where I am. Why am I sleeping on a bench in what looks like the middle of no where. "Anywhere but here" the police officer says and walks away.

                         I look around and see i'm in the middle of New York. I get off the bench and look around.  I notice I'm wearing normal clothes.

                       I wander around new york and find my way over to a diner. I sit down at the barstools. I order myself some coffee. "Hey" I hear. I look beside me and see a vampire. I notice it's Derek from the New York vampire clan. "Hey where the heck am I" I ask. "Pops diner" he answers back. "Yeah, I mean uh... city and state" I ask. "Brooklyn, New York" he informs me. "Brooklyn" I mumble.

"Hey you okay sweetheart" he asks. When people call me sweetheart or little girl I want to slap them. I hate when people call me sweetheart but I am too confused to bite back right now. "Yeah, tough night" I tell him. He nods.

He orders himself something to drink. He opens his newspaper and starts reading. I glance over and see the date. It says June 15th, 2007. I hadn't met Derek until 2009. so he may still be human because he never got bitten and became a vampire until 2008.

Someone comes up. "Hey derek" I hear a mans voice say. "Hey Mr. Winchester" derek says. "I heard you were back in town" Mr. Winchester says. "Yeah for some time now" Derek says. "Good to have you home derek, real good" Mr. Winchester says. I pretend to look at my phone but ignore everything on it. "Say hello to your dad for me would ya" Mr. Winchester says. "You got it, Mr. Winchester" Derek says. Mr. Winchester walks out of the diner.

Hey, I got yours sweetheart. You could obviously use all the help you can get" he says. He pays for my coffee. I rub my forehead and try to wake up from this dream. "Hey take it easy sweetheart, okay. Stay away from those types that will cause you a rough night" Derek says. "Yeah Okay" I say. He leaves the diner.

                                      Why the heck am I in Brooklyn? How did I go back in time to the day jace was murdered? The institute is in Manhattan not Brooklyn. Does Magnus really hate me that much to make me suffer through the loss of my husband again. If it's 2007 that would mean we are still dating and he hasn't proposed yet.
