Chapter 96

You were playing with the case of your phone out of nervousness while the taxi driver took up the hill towards the mansion.

Taehyung's and Jimin's cars were ahead of you while you and Sira had decided to not go with them, being in need for each others company and to share a bit of private time together.

After you left from Jimin's house she had called you, letting you know what had happened with Taehyung and that he too had asked of her to go with him to the mansion for moral support. Of course she hadn't told him anything regarding his father's health condition and had let him believe it was only about the situation with their step mother that he wanted to talk about, since she had texted Taehyung too, letting him know about the fact that she had confessed everything to Mr Park about all the things she had ever done.

Taehyung hadn't took the new any calmer than Jimin but Sira had managed to keep him from running away from the situation and she was truly hoping inside that she chose the right thing to do.

Once you two had met in the taxi in which she came to pick you up, Jimin whom was also waiting for you had made a small protest but eventually as Taehyung whom had explained to him that she was stubborn and had rejected going at the same car with him, Jimin accepted the fact that you two needed to be together even though that put him into suspensions again.

On the road there you managed to share your worries and you couldn't help but express your nervous feelings about this meeting and how it would turn out for the psychology of the two.

Once the driver brought the vehicle to a stop you looked at each other before giving a quick hug of support and stepping out of the car, only to notice the black vehicle of Mr Park and their driver already there.

"Thank you." You payed the driver before you and Sira quietly approached Taehyung and Jimin whom seemed a little stiff as the driver opened up the back door only for NeeRin to step out of the car. Mr Park following right behind her.

"Greetings father. I hope we didn't let you wait for to long." Taehyung bowed his head, formal words escaping coldly out of his lips. Lips that were slightly trembling and he was trying hard to not let it show.

Non of them looked him in the eyes as you noticed, Jimin too greeting him while keeping his eyes low and NeeRin didn't seem to pick up her eyes from the ground either, making the atmosphere instantly heavy.

"It's really nice to meet you again Mr Park. Miss Park. Please, let's go inside." You greeted them too, taking charge of the situation in an attempt to lighten this moment a bit and take this to where you wanted it to go and that was a positive conversation between the three.

To your surprise Mr Park smile as he greeted only you and Sira, as if he never even saw or heard Taehyung or Jimin and then he followed you towards the door which you hurried to go unlock recalling still the password to enter.

Everyone got inside silently till Sira started commenting the interior with enthusiastic words pretending as if she was stepping inside for the first time and her smile somehow made Mr Park's cold face smoothen a bit.

"That vase is my favorite. My late wife and I had bought it together. It's not expensive but it means a lot to me." He explained about a vase that Sira had pointed out while the other three beside you were looking at their feet shameful. Taehyung and Jimin already understanding that their father was mad at them.

" Mr Park. How about you go take a seat and me and Sira will go prepare some coffee for you." You offered, taking action again as you couldn't bare seeing Jimin's and Taehyung's expressions that looked as two kids that were getting punished and they hadn't even seen the start of it yet.
