Kara's P.O.V

"I want to go home."

"The doctor said you have to heal your injury for 2 weeks. And you wont go to school either." Dad said looking at me sternly. He have some bruise in his left cheek and slight swollen lip.

"No. I promise Mo--"

"I talk to your Mom."

"Y-you did?"

I look at him.
He nods.

"I told her my plans. I will take you after her wedding and change your surname to mine."

Just like last time I guess.
I cant help but look at that cheek.
He pouts when he saw me peeking.
I avert my eyes but I still look at that cheek and lips.

"That man hit me." He said.

My hand tremble.
"Who?"

"Your Uncle Ethan."

I almost jump out of the bed to beg for forgiveness but Dad stops me.

"What are you doing? Lie down."
He angrily but carefully let me lie down.

"H-he is not a bad guy. Please dont punish him. Me. Ill accept any punishment. Just dont hurt Uncle Ethan."
I plead as I grip his sleeves.

He look at me displeased.

"You like him that much?"

I nod continuosly.

I heard him clicked his tongue and look away.

"Hmp. You dont have to worry about him but you dont care about me?"

If Dad is not frowning in front of me, Ill think he is pouting.

"D-does it hurts?"

I look at me and make a pouting expression.

"It really hurts."

This man who even get stabbed yet in the next day he just work as usual like nothing happens?

"Y-you should get an ice then." I said lowering my head as I felt my face blushing.

"Then you help me." He said and as a cue a black suited man knocks, enters and leave after handling me an ice pack.
I look at Dad and at the ice bag.

"Here." He said and lower his head to make me reach him without moving.

My face flush even more as I tremble while pleasing my Dad.
He is not like this in my past life.
Why is he---so cute?

"Come in."
After Dad told me that Im staying, Mom called and told me to apologize to Dad because of Uncle Ethan.
Then I receive alot of guest.

Almonde,Xian,Dad and Felix.
Yet.
I havent seen him.

"I thought you wont show up." I smile and pat the space near me.

King smiles and sit down on the chair instead.
I pout but that is to be expected.

"How are you?" He ask looking at my knee.

"Are you asking me or my knee?"

"Both."

"Well~" I drag the word and laugh a little. "Why are you so serious? This is just light discomfort. The doctor finds no major problem within my bone and veins whatever."

"I dont want you getting hurt." King sigh and look down. As if he lost a major investor.

"Hey. Hm..Thanks."

"How about a kiss?" King looks up and smile.

"Okay." I said as I laugh.

King went to my side and kiss my cheek. I close my eyes as I smell his scent.

"Kara is my precious family. Thinking I cant save you almost make me lost my mind." King said and hugs me.

"You are exaggerating." I laugh as I hug him back.
"You know what, I am thinking about you and Xian while Im in the car." I lighten my mood and said energetically as I look at King.

"Really?" King sit on the bed and look at me. Touching my hair and fixing it.

"Yep. I think he is really too much. But If its Sir King or Sir Xian I will consider dating an older men is what I thought."

King smiles and rub my head.

"Okay. You are too young. Dating is adults business."

I giggles as he smiles helplessly.

"When will I think of dating?" I ask feeling the mood lightning.

"Hmm.. 18?"

"Mom says I can accept suitors when I reach 16." I said frowning.

King grab my hand and look at me seriously.
My heart jolt.

"18" he said smiling but his eyes looks empty scaring me.

"Ei--eight--teen..."
I said as I confusingly look straight at his eyes.

He they geniunely smile and nod.
"Good girl." He said rubbing my hair.

King carry me to the wheelchair while Xian push the wheelchair for me.
I look at them and thank them but my face is getting hotter.
Why are they treating me like an invalid?
I can walk you know.

When we arrive in the dining area. My sisters are already lined up in their respective seats.
There is one last seat in the farthest and that is my place.
I smile at Chocoa but I receive a cold shoulder.

I cant blame my sisters for looking at me angrily and getting jealous.
I look up and see the smiling Xian while on the side is the Male God King.
Of course.
Even i will get jealous of myself.

"Kara. You can move now?" I saw the lazy yawning Felix coming near me.
I smile at him.

"Im not that hurt." I said.

"What are you talking about? When you are hurt let your brother pamper you." Felix said and carry me from the wheelchair.
My already hot cheeks get even hotter and I bury my head in his chest.

Tania in the corner flinch.
Her eyes are red but she says nothing and decided to avert her eyes.

"This is embarrassing Brother." I whisper.

"Are you embarrass because there's alot of people here? Want me to chase them away?" He ask with a brow arch up high.

I shake my head hurriedly.
Felix smiles then laugh loudly.

"Im just joking." He said and kiss my forehead.
"Be good." He said and sit me on the side.
Wait.
This is the nearest seat to Dad.
King's seat!
I look at the seat in front of me.
Chocoa is also looking at me with a glare.
I look at Felix.

"Brother, you put me in the wrong seat?" I ask.

"What? You are my sister. You seat near me." He said and sit down on Xian's seat.
I look at Xian and King but they just smile helplessly.

"Is this fine?" I ask and grab Felix clothes under the table whispering.

He smiles and rub my head.

"I will give you everything I think is best for you. Whether you like it or not." He said and happily fix the table napkin in my lap.

I am overwhelm and happy but I cant look up and look at my sisters in front of me.
Cause I know that they consider me enemy from now on..
