You then realized that you would have to abandon your dog.

When you woke up, you were in a nearly empty room, Steve was sitting on a chair next to the bed you were on.

Steve: Y/N, what happened?

You immediately fabricated a lie.

You: I guess i just couldn't handle the energy.

Steve: I don't need powers to know you're lying.

You: Steve... I..i can't abandon d/n.

Steve: Who?

You: My dog. 

Steve: Who said you needed to?

You: I'm pretty sure that rule is implied.

Steve: Come, you need to see this.

In the living room, you saw Iron Man, Black Widow, Hawkeye and the rest of the Avengers playing with that adorable puppy of yours.

Natasha: Who's the cutest doggo in the world, yes you are, yes you are.

Thor: It is indeed quite adorable.

You: She.

Clint: Hey, you're awake.

Tony: That is quite an adorable canine, can we pwease keep 'im.

You: Isn't there a rule against pets?

Peter: He's too adorable to get rid of.

You: Fair point, SHE is indeed extremely cute.

Steve: Hey, i was thinking, maybe we should go on that date... tonight?
