Lee Jieun. Aspiring news reporter. Got a post-graduate degree in Journalism six months ago and currently working at KNJ News - a rising news company. A determined go-getter.
"Oh! Sunbae-nim!" Jieun rose to her feet and bowed a couple of times at the man standing in front of her. "Sorry, did you call me?"
The man nodded as he leaned against Jieun's desk, resting his chin on his palm.

Jung Hoseok. News reporter at KNJ News for four years, but appeared to have more than ten years worth of experience. An amazing and professional senior Jieun looked up to. Also extremely kind and helpful towards her.
"Mmhmm-" Hoseok hummed as he sipped at his iced coffee and peeked over at Jieun's messy desk. "Called your name only about... fifteen times. Is anything wrong?"
There was, in fact, something wrong. Jieun had been working with the company for the past six months, yet she felt like she was going nowhere with her career. She wanted to be promoted quickly to become an official news reporter who could report from site and appear on TV, but things didn't seem to be going her way. She had yet to even gain favour in her boss' eyes.
"Same old, same old," Jieun said with a sigh as she took her seat once more and arranged her desk a little. "I told you last week, didn't I? I just want to appear on TV as soon as possible."
"Ah..." Hoseok pursed his lips and nodded slowly as he signalled for another one of their colleagues to come over. "I get it, but things like these take time, Jieun-ssi - you have to understand that. You can't rush such things."
"I know..." Jieun grumbled. "But still, it's getting rather exhausting doing the same thing everyday, dreaming that I can be just like you... yet not knowing what I can do to speed up the process-"
"Hey, what's up?" Chungha popped her head over Jieun's desk, appearing right next to Hoseok. "Did someone call for me?"
