You're scouting areas for any signs of Saviors, but there are none. You talk on your walkie-talkie.

Jesus: Maggie, I've been scouting for hours, there's nothing out here. I haven't seen a single Savior in days.

Maggie on walkie-talkie: Keep trying. They might be waiting for the right moment to attack.

Rick on walkie-talkie: You guys are gonna wanna get over here...

Jesus: What're you talking about?

Rick on walkie-talkie: You guys just need to come over to the Sanctuary right now.

Maggie on walkie-talkie: Are we planning an attack?

Rick's POV
Rick: No... But someone else did...

You stand in front of a burnt down Sanctuary.

Small timeskip
Two cars arrive. Jesus steps out of one car, and Andrea steps out of the other. They walk over to you.

Andrea: Who did this?

???: I did.

You all turn around quickly to see a boy covered in walker blood. He has a black jacket and a hoodie. He also has a pare of glasses, but one of the lenses is tinted black. He has some scars underneath his right eye. He's also carrying Lucille. He looks at the floor.

Rick: YOU did this?

???: Yes... I killed him.

Jesus: Who?

He looks up.

???: ...Negan.

You all look at each other.

Rick: But you're just a kid.

???: I know... But I hurt him...really...really...bad.

You try to touch his shoulder, but he flinches out of the way and he draws a pistol on you.

???: Back up!

Jesus: Woah, woah!

???: Don't come any closer!

You put your hand out in a reassuring way.

Rick: We're not gonna hurt you.

???: How do I know you're not one of them?

Rick: 'Cause we were fighting against them.

Andrea: I don't know if you know this, but you just ended a war.

Rick: Just put the gun down.

The boy slowly lowers his gun.

Rick: That's it... That's it.

He holsters his gun, but keeps a hand on it.

Rick: We can take you in. Get you a nice place to sleep. A warm meal. We've got walls, hot running water, houses, electricity.

???: I can't...

Andrea: Why?

???: I need to find someone.

Jesus: We can take you there. But you should get yourself cleaned up first.

Rick: You can leave whenever you want. But you need to come with us.

???: ...Okay...

Rick: Good.

???: Under one condition.

Andrea: And that is...

???: I don't want your people to know that it was me.

Jesus: Why?
