Jordan's pov
"She's awake?" "Dude shut up!" "I'm not the one yelling!" I sit up, gosh darnit i was just falling back to sleep. I wave my hand, opening the door. Everyone freezes. "Hi?" Cheers erupted from the hall as people started piling into my room. What the fuck was going on? I saw multiple people filming me from different angles, i was beyond confused. "What the fuck are you guys doing?" I asked, laying down. "We came to surprise you crazy!" Cassie said. "Surprise me? For what?" "You're getting released today, right?" Kevin asked, holding the small camera in his hands. "Uh, yeah." I responded. "Well, we thought we would come see you for your last day. Some of us are vlogging so the fans can get used to you again." Oh right, they're all social media obsessed. "You guys are unbelievably secretive around here." I glanced at Aryia, who was giving me a sorry look with his eyes. I smiled slightly before looking back at Kevin, and motioning him to get closer to me. He brought he camera up with him, as it waved close to my face i leaned in his ear. "What are you guys actually doing here?" "Stalling until Sam and Colby get here, they're always late." He chuckled. "Tell me about it, they're never on time. They better come in with food." He laughed loudly, nodding with me. Just as i said that, the door opened to the two boys we were just talking about. I looked at Kevin, wide eyed with him before he burst into laughter. "Speak of the devil." "Devils" I corrected him in a laugh. I quickly turn when i see Sam look at me and Kevin keeps his gaze forward. "Quick pretend like we're having a real conversation." I said as he broke out in a smile. "Why can't we just have a normal conversation?" "Because that's no fun this is way more secretive." I whispered back at him, letting my eyes travel around the room until they landed back on Aryia, who was shaking his head smiling at us. "But technically we're having a real conversation right now." Kevin said, taking a seat but still leaned up close to my ear. "Fucking shit Kevin you ruined it." I joked, laughing. He gasped, shaking his head quickly. "No! You did!" He loudly whispered making Tara who was right next to us turn before resuming her conversation with Devyn. "Kevin! What the hell you suck at this!" I laughed quietly. Everyone was doing their own thing, but i felt a pair of eyes on me, i didn't dare turn though, i wasn't ready to meet whoever's eyes i would meet with mine. Kevin looked down at his phone for a second, cutting off our conversation. I tap his shoulder as he turned to look up at me, shutting his phone off. "When i count to three turn and look to see if they're looking." I giggled, referring to Sam or Colby, anyone really. We were both messing around. He nodded, laughing with me. I counted, slowly as he prepared himself with small and short breaths. I couldn't be consistent with him making me crack up every two seconds. I got to three finally, and he turned his head quickly, scrunching his face before looking back at me. "What? What is it?" I asked, anxious in my seat. "They're not even there?" I turned to see where he was looking, and he was right. Where the boys just stood a few seconds ago weren't in the same spot. Where could they have gone? The room wasn't that big, the people in here barley fitting, so unless they left they had to be here somewhere. "That's so weird i just s-" "whatcha talkin' about?" Sam said cutting me off, Kevin and i both flinched dramatically, cursing multiple times in the process. "Psh nothing." I said in an obvious lie, waving my hand around. He cocked and eyebrow, turning to Kevin. "Definitely not us spying on you guys when you weren't even there, but it's not like we saw you come in or anything like that." The sarcasm poured out of him like butter as i face palmed slightly but shook my head. "Definitely not anything like that." I giggled a little, but kept my gaze on Sam, avoiding eye contact with Colby. I heard him chuckle, but i didn't even look at him. Sam laughed after, shaking his head as Kevin and i fist bumped. "How's it going Jet?" Sam asked in all seriousness. "Oh like shit for sure." I laughed, locking eyes, he didn't laugh back, he was genuinely concerned for me. I heard Kevin shut his camera off to give me privacy, which i appreciated. I smiled sweetly at Sam, trying to say i was joking but not in words. "It's hard, really, really hard. I can't sleep, i can barley eat over 500 calories a meal, and everything hurts like hell. But i'm doing so much better than yesterday and the day before, and i think as long as i keep the good attitude i'll get better faster. I don't want to spend my days too sad." I chuckled at the end, quickly glancing at Colby before looking back at Sam. He nodded, and i could've sworn i saw him glare at Colby before looking back at me. "That's really good J, i'm happy you're keeping the positivity." I nodded, and looked away. I wanted to cry, i wanted to rip this building apart, but instead i laid back and joked with Kevin and Sam for a while, Colby was there of course, but every joke he made i basically blocked out, or i forced myself to. Jake walked up to us, patting Sam on the back before they called a semi meeting. Everyone gathered around, Aryia sitting next to me on my bed. "So as some of you heard, Jordan gets to leave this smelly hospital today." Jake said, earning cheers here and there from around the room. "But, like we discussed before, she needs a place to stay." I scrunched my face at Sam words, they talked about this without me? I looked over at Aryia, who probably already knew what i was thinking as he looked at me sadly. What the fuck was going on? "Disregarding what has happened in the past few days.." Sam looked at me shorty. "We agreed that Jordan would stay with Colby." My jaw dropped, as well as my stomach. Sam was one of the few people that knew what i was going through, and he didn't do anything about it? "What the fuck?" I snapped, my eyed burning into Sams before i turned sharply at Kevin who was wide eyed scared at my sudden yelling. "Surprise?" He smiled, shrugging his shoulders. "Jordan we have no say in this, you need a place to stay and we discussed this when we moved out of the traphouse." "I never agreed to move in with him." I snapped, pointing at Colby without looking at him. "J, we were going to put you where Emily is now but-" I cut Colby off, holding my hand up in front of his face. "You don't get a word from this, i'd rather hear it from anyone but you." I glared at him, looking over to Jake who hasn't said much yet. But the look on his face is what gave it away. He knew that we broke up, but he didn't say it. He wanted this. "Don't i get a say in where I stay, Jake?" I asked, my body needing an urge to beat that little smirk off his face. "No, you don't Jordan. Because you betrayed us." I scoffed at his wording, he was so light headed i almost jumped out of bed then and there. "You don't know shit Webber. None of you do. I adapt to survive, meaning i could've been killed for laying a finger on those bitches. And i didn't 'betray' you, idiot. You guys attacked me first." I was leaning closer and closer off my bed, i didn't even notice until i felt Aryia lay a hand on my shoulder, holding me back slightly. "We only attacked you because you were considered a threat at the time. You kill innocent people, you should be in jail for that." Jake stood his ground, crossing his arms over his chest. Asshat. "First of all, are we not going to talk about the innocent people YOU killed as a kid?" Reggie has told me about Jakes outbursts as a kid, he couldn't control what he did at the time, he just did it. Jakes eyes widened, as everyone looked at him weird, except for Reggie and Cassie. Because they knew. "Second of all, sense when am i not a threat? You're scared of me Webber, anyone with a brain can see that." I smiled slightly, trying to win an argument with a brick was that was slowly collapsing. I almost did too, until he opened that big mouth of his again.
