Apparently Kyrgyzstan allows North Korean citizens to stay in their land for as long as they want
So now Kyrg (its now a nickname) are friends, so whenever Noko gets into trouble with her Gov (kim) she would usually go over to Kyrg's house spend the night. Kyrg would usually listen, usually over dinner or after giving her some chocolate to comfort her, and then Noko would spend the night in a spare room Kyrg keeps for Noko before she has to go back to her country.
Kyrg is now that reliable friend who is there for his friends/siblings for when they need him. And this is NOT a romantic ship, there are other kinds of fluff than romantic fluff
