UK and America are both sassy bitches and usually UK would call America Yank or Yankee and America would call UK limey
British empire was also a little sassy, but UK was clearly a lot more sassy than him
America's children also have some sass to them, the states often sass each other and try and see who the most sassy person is
NATO, being America's child, also inherited her sass, but usually try to control it due to being organizations, so whenever NATO gets sassy at a country who is misbehaving, some people would act shocked and America would be like 'I am so proud'
