Sometimes, when a personification gets too hurt/damaged that they physically die, they will often come back to life where they originally appearing in this world after about a month In a white gown fitted to fit their size perfectly (or would you rather they appear completely naked?) either that or the clothes they were in previously
When they first appeared as children before they became countries they usually just worn a basic white gown. (i could also make them naked, but lets not have child nudity here)
Scars that don't fade (such as those from traumatic events like a major city burning down, civil war, ect...) Will stay on a person through a rebirth, but scars from physical injuries such as actually getting stabbed by a knife won't reappear
When a country comes back to life it used to be called rebirth, but with video games starting to exist, countries are now calling it respawning
