Everyone in the mall waited anxiously for Sheriff Goode's arrival. You held your girlfriend Ziggy's hand tightly and looked at her.
She nodded at you in reassurance.
You watched as she stood up and walked in front of the Hanging Tree, just like in the plan. Suddenly, you heard the mall doors open and there was Nick.
"Ziggy?" he said when he saw her, lowering his gun. He walked towards her, getting too close for comfort.
You were jealous that she had liked him when she was a kid, but she always told you that you were her dream girl.
"Wh- What are you doing here?" he asked, holding up his hand to place it on her cheek. But before he could even touch her, Ziggy said, "Tag, you're it."
You smirked as you watched her pull the rope that was tied around a bucket full of Deena's blood. The bucket tilted, all of the neon colored blood falling onto Nick.
"That's my girlfriend," you grinned, feeling proud.
