Trolls rushed across the mine cart tracks some with pickaxes and others with backpacks full of traptaium.
Above a troll with several medals and robotic eye looked down to the work below before turning around and walking into a newly made meeting room.
In there two other beings were present one, a drow with samurai like armor and helmet with the helmet being placed on the finely polished black wood table and the other figure was a Cyclopes with bronze armor covering his chest, shins, arms, feet and pelvis with a golden crown with diamonds set onto the table.
Taking his own seat the troll places down his cap and looked at the others.
"So commander gear...what did you invite us here for?" The drow asked
"Oh please if it were up to me I'd be storming your forts while the skylanders were in their academy panicked....HE invited you here"
"And he is...?" The Cyclopes questioned
The three leaders were caught off by loud, hard footsteps from the dark hallway leading to the conference room.
After several footsteps of from the hallway the source revealed itself as a regular sized, male figure with a dark cloak hiding his body.
"Hello gentlemen...my thanks for your presence here.."
The room was silent as the figure walked to his seat at the end of the table
"I won't pretend that we're friends here...you all have...complicated relationships, however I find it best that you corporate with me and yourselves"
"And why should we?" The drow asked
"Lord Blade...King Crystal...Commander Gear...what do you all have in common?...you hate the skylanders...you want freedom to rule which their presence denies...I offer a solution"
"How so?" King Crystal said
"Tell me...where are we?"
"The oh so great cloud break volcano"
"And who guards this volcano?"
"The swap force"
"Yes..who haven't left this place for twenty years...yet now trolls have set up a mining base and are extracting traptaium and the swap force is?"
King Crystal stopped with the other siding the same
"Did you kill them?"
"Oh no no no...why would I take a pawn when I could make it my own?"
"How?" Lord Blade asked immediately with the others holding the same curiosity
"Traptaium of course...I've learned a way to convert a beings essence into the Crystal and create a shadow to obey my will which only the trap team held before"
"So the skylanders are gone?"
"No...not all but the trap team, swap force and plenty of the regulars are...soon we will take the remaining ones...that's why you are here"
"To help you?" Commander gear said
"Yes...as well as help me gather more traptaium...the skylanders are powerful and need a considerable amount of new traptaium to keep them captured as well as pure traptaium"
"PURE traptaium?" The commander asked
"Ah yes you don't know...you see...traptaium isn't Crystalized Elements..it's crystallized existence...the elements of our world simply corrupt it...drag it down to our limits of power when pure traptaium is far more powerful yet it can only be found at the base of this volcano underneath thick ancient stone which are hard enough to shatter traptaium and hot enough to melt it too...that is a area I also need you me assistance"
"You need a powerful mining machine?" Gear asked
"Yes"
"Well my engineers can do that but it'll take time...approximately four months"
"Acceptable...but we'll need a large distraction...the skylanders are looking for anything to lead them to their captured comrades...they won't be blind to large amounts of trolls bringing machinery to one area"
"So that's where we come in?" Lord Blade said
"Yes...launch attacks on city's and villages alike..force the skylanders to wear themselves thin...keep them tired..meanwhile I will continue to build my collection until our final assault...and skylanders will be gone"
"And what of after..am I to assume this alliance will last till the end of time?" King Crystal said looking to the others
"When our victory is complete I will rule skylands"
This caused the three to look to the figure
"Of course you will be given great rewards for your efforts...every king needs his dukes...you will get land...treasure...resources...anything to a degree and you may turn on yourselves when that time comes...just remember your place below me"
"And why should we?" Commander gear said getting up from his chair
"Because I will have control of every skylander and you will have your forces which the skylanders never lost a battle to once"
The room was silent
"Im glad we are in agreement...I will wait for the completion of the machine..goodbye"
