HOW TO REQUEST FOR ADVICE

|1| To request advice, send us a PM (personal message). Include the phrase "ADVICE REQUEST" at the top of the message.

*Please note we will not respond to an advice request if it is not titled "ADVICE REQUEST". *

|2| Please keep the request to one (1) message if possible.

There is no limit to requesting advice. You may request for advice as many times as you want at any time and any date, but please send your message all at once rather than slicing up the message into several smaller messages. If your message is long and exceeds the character limit, you may divide it up into two separate messages, but otherwise please refrain from sending multiple messages in the same advice request.

|3| Do not request for advice any other way or in any other place.

We do not accept advice requests in the comments, message board, or any other place on our account besides our PMs. We retain the right to delete any comments that do not follow the guidelines.

AFTER SENDING ADVICE REQUEST

|4| You will receive a message confirming that your request has been received and is being processed. When your response is ready you will receive a case number corresponding to a chapter number in this book where your request will be posted. You will remain anonymous.

|5| After sending you your confirmation number, we will send you a check mark. This indicates the closing of your request.

Please refrain from responding after we send you the check mark unless you want to request further advice.

*Please let us know if you change your username after sending us a request.

EXAMPLE
ADVICE REQUEST
I have a problem at home. My sister keeps teasing me about my weight. I used to always ignore it because it didn't bother me, but now she's doing it so much that I am about to snap at her. I have a problem of being violent when I get angry, but I don't want to hurt her in any way. What should I do at this point? I'm frustrated, annoyed, angry, and just plain tired of her mouth being open all the time, talking about my weight. Please help me.
