"Okay, so now that we've slept. We need new home ideas." I told Spike. We had just flown to the island we were stranded at and crashed in our old cave there.

"Raaarghh."

"Nah, we can't stay here. Too obvious."

"Raargh?"

"I love Garf but I don't particularly want to live with him." I shook my head and then it struck me. "I know just the place!"

Spike and I glided over the piles of wrecked boats and eventually landed on the sand of a black beach. I hadn't been to this place since, well, the incident. What had it been, four years?

"So, this is just a heads up but there's an absolutely gigantic skeleton somewhere on the island. Like, way bigger than a Screaming Death big." I told my dragon. I told him the story of course but it's one thing to tell and then another to see what exactly was left of the Red Death.

Spike, to my surprise, sniffed the air and took off at a sprint. Like the exercise-hating person I was, I complained and ran after him. After a few minutes of running, I fought up to him and was absolutely shocked at what sat in front of us.

"That is one big skeleton..." I said and blinked rapidly to make sure I wasn't hallucinating.

There is was, all that was left of the Red Death. One massive skeleton that was bigger than the great hall. It's not like I was expecting there to be meat on them, dragons being carnivores and all, but it seemed a lot less terrifying than it was at the time. It was just a big predator, after all, it's not its fault it was so massive it had to eat everything it saw.

I walked up to the skull and put my hand on it. The bone was cold and smooth, unlike the six-eyed fire spewing thing from so long ago.

*crack*

The already grey sky darkened and rain started pouring down on us. My first idea, take shelter in the skull. What was I, a Bokoblin? Anyway, Spike and I rushed under and quickly set up a fire. Turns out the skull was actually a pretty good choice. We stayed at the back, away from the eye sockets and were completely safe from the rain and wind that soon followed.

The only good thing about this storm was that it was big enough to keep the riders at the edge.

"You idiot!" Astrid yelled at Hiccup and continued choking him.

Fishlegs looked like he was about to say something but decided against it. What was he gonna do? Tell Astrid to stop?

The doors to the clubhouse burst open and running in came Heather and Dagur. As soon as a certain one-legged Viking realized (Y/n) wasn't in her hut, the stables, Magmar's cave or the valley; he'd sent a Terror mail to the Berserker siblings and then had to tell Astrid.

"We came as fast as we could, (Y/n)'s missing?" Heather asked then noticed Hiccup being suffocated. "Um, what's going on?"

"The Haddock out of water said the usual mean things to our dear, (Y/n)." Tuff began.

"But then he said a thing about a certain Screaming Death and bam!" Tuff continued.

"Who knew so much anger was in such a small body." Tuff tutted.

"So, (Y/n) gave him the black eye?" Dagur questioned.

"Nope, that was Astrid."

"Okay, this is actually kinda cute."

Spike had dragged in a life boat and I had torn the remaining sails off some ships and made it into a bed. We put some old barrels under the eye sockets to collect the rain water and Spike brought in a big slab of stone for him to sleep on. We raided some ships and had a little table with some plates and cutlery, and decorated with the few shields we found that weren't covered in blood... or being held by a skeleton.
