"Owe! Owowowowowe!" I screeched as Astrid dragged me by my hair to Thor knows where."You left for almost three months!" She yelled at me. "After I specifically told you not to!"
"Uh, Astrid, maybe you should just-" By the time Hiccup was halfway through the sentence, he had an axe inches from his face.
You see, Hiccup and I thought it would be a good idea to sneak into the edge in the early morning to surprise everyone at breakfast. Unfortunately, we did not take into account Astrid had a Deadly Nadder that could sniff out a yak ten islands away. We had barely gotten close to the Edge when I was so rudely ripped off my dragon and tangling from Stormfly's talons.
"You speak, you die." She growled and Hiccup nodded frantically.
"I'm happy that you care so much but maybe you could not rip my hair out?" I suggested and got tossed to the ground.
"What is with all the noise?" Tuff asked and stepped out of his with his sister. "Oh, (Y/n)'s back."
"I thought Astrid would like that, not try and kill her." Ruff spoke up. "Girls,"
"(Y/n)'s back!?" Snotlout yelled and burst from his hut.
We all waited for a second for Fishlegs to come out but nothing happened. Spike got annoyed and screamed at his hut. There were multiple crashes and the Fishlegs came running out, yelling about a Screaming Death.
"Oh, (Y/n)'s back." I said when noticing me and then tried to analyze Spike who was not having it.
"What a warm welcome." I said sarcastically and rolled my eyes.

Everyone and their dragons gathered at the training arena, apparently the others needed to find a fire combo that could destroy dragon-proof chains. I was just awkwardly hanging behind with Spike because could destroy the chains in many different ways.
"Now!" Hiccup yelled and Stormfly, Toothless, Hookfang, and Meatlug shot fire at the dragon-proof chain.
"Anything?" Astrid asked.
Hiccup and Fishlegs walked up to the chain and Hiccup placed a finger on it.
"Nothing. It's not even hot." He shook his head.
"Huh. That combination of blast just isn't enough to melt the chain." Fishlegs muttered.
"Um, hello, why are we not just using Changewing acid?" Snotlout asked. "We know that works. Duh!"
"Oh. Thanks for volunteering to milk a Changewing for us." Astrid responded and he got scared.
"Ah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha. Funny, Astrid." Apparently, Hookfang found it quite funny. "It's not that funny, pal. Let's remember who fills your bowl." Hookfang then set Snotlout's butt on fire. "Hookfang!"
"Look, we're not always gonna have Changewing acid on hand, Snotlout." Hiccup told him. "That's why we have to find the right combination of dragon fire to get through these chains."
Spike and looked at each other and he shot a spine, breaking off a link in the chain.
"Feel free to grab a spine." I suggested, already having solved that problem a long time ago.
"I think we need more of our dragons' fire." Fishlegs insisted.
"Okay, bud, here we go. One more time." Hiccup pet the Night Fury. "Toothless, go." Toothless shot. "Hookfang." Hookfang fired. "Barf, Belch!"
Nothing happened.
We all looked over and saw Barf & Belch, fast asleep and snoring.
"Hello?!" Snotlout yelled at the twins. "Hi?! Are you gonna help or not?"
