Hi, I'm (Y/n)! This is my story; well, my version of it. This is the story of how I met my best friends, my absolute best friend (my dragon) and became an ultimate dragon trainer and warrior. Mostly this is the story of how I met this quirky, odd an...
"Holy crap, it's cold!" I hissed as more snow flew in my face.
Astrid, Hiccup and I were having a gliding race down the side of a snow-covered mountain. I was really disappointed about having to use a Nightfury instead of a Screaming Death. But apparently, it's 'cheating' if your dragon is 'the size of the mountain'. There was a bit of hyperbole there, but I was only upset about not getting the custom 'heater' of the Screaming Death.
Anywhoo.
I was loosing as Hiccup and Astrid were neck and neck, yelling in joy. I on the other hand was yelling in horror. It had only just occurred to me when we started racing, that Spike and I have never glided. So there are two teens having a blast, then another with her dragon both screaming and narrowly missing trees.

That's when I heard a low rumble and listened harder. "You hear that?" I yelled then Spike, who gave a quick nod. That rumble grew louder and I looked behind me, and I swear my eyes must have shrunk to oblivion.
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"
Spike kicked out of gliding and we dove down, quickly catching the others.
"That's cheating!" Hiccup yelled and I matched their pace.
"Avalanche!" I yelled.
"What?!" Astrid yelled back.
"AVALANCHE!!!" I screamed and the others noticed I ginormous wave of snow heading towards us.
The others now looked as afraid as me and Astrid and I quickly pulled up into the sky.
But Hiccup didn't.
Or rather couldn't, the tail fin had frozen in the wrong position.
"Hiccup!" We yelled and dove back into the snow. It was pure luck that Stormfly disagreed with our plan because as soon as Spike and I were back down we couldn't see a thing.
Suddenly we got hit by the snow and I screamed as I was flung out of the saddle. Spike roared in fear and somehow engulfed me in his wings.

"Ehh,"
I groaned and opened my eyes to be met with darkness. I heard a dragon groan and shielded my eyes as I was met with sunlight. I then gasped as was forcefully pulled from my dragon and into familiar arms.
"Is she okay?!" I heard a voice call from above us.
"For the most part!" Hiccup yelled back up and I finally took in my surroundings. One side stone wall with a cave, other side...stone wall.
"W-where are we?" I asked and Hiccup finally loosened his death grasp.
"Some sort of ravine." He said and we both looked up to see tall walls and Astrid at the top.
