She had just finished an argument with her boyfriend and decided she needed time away from him for a couple of hours.

She called checo to pick her up and he done just that within 30 minutes. First he took her to a coffee shop and bought her coffee obviously taking a few pictures with fans and signing things along the way.
He then took her to his place and allowed her to get changed into one of his shirts and her trousers before she started speaking.

"What happened?" He asked and she frowned holding the cup of coffee in her hands.

"It's nothing... We started arguing because he slept with another girl again and well... He hit me again that's all...I just needed out." She shrugged and he shook his head

"I don't think you should stay with him y/n..." He frowned and she sighed looking down "I know... But what if he changes..." She protested and he shook his head "I know how you feel but please... It isn't good for you...
N/n... Please" he begged and she shook her head.

"Checo... I have to stay... I want to" she argued and he ran his hands through his brown hair "your going to get hurt. No infact your already hurting and you keep putting up with it. I barely see you at the track anymore and when you are there your on a leash basically!" He frowned and stood up walking into the kitchen

"... Sergio... I'm sorry but I really really love him" she frowned more and stood up to follow the Mexican.

"Or is there more to this?" She asked some reason slightly hopefully he would say there was.

"No... I'm just trying to protect you" he lied and she shook her head as her phone buzzed "well I'm going back anyways thank you for listening..." She said and walked over to get her jacket.

"Y/n... Don't go to him" he frowned and walked into the livingroom with her and she zipped her jacket up.

"Sorry but I have to" she said and walked passed him.

He sighed in defeat as she turned the handle on the door and pulled it open, she went to take a step out of the door before her hand was grabbed and she was spun round to face Perez.

"Listen! Don't do this its useless to try..." He begged and she looked at him confusedly

"What do you mean?" She wondered and he shook his head
"He's ruthless and you know that I told you before you dated him didn't I?" He said and they walked back into the apartment.

"He's abusive!" He growled and she shook her head "no he just gets ma-" checo butted in before she could finish "he's elusive" he frowned and she shook her head.

"He's a cheater!" He then added and she protested "he said it wouldn't happen again don't worry!" She smiled and checo scoffed "the truth it he lied y/n!" He said desperately trying to get her to see his side of it all.

Tears welled in the females eyes and he sighed "i know you don't want to let go..."

"And just like the last time I know that you think that your sure you can change him..." He said taking her hands into his.

"He said he'd change if I stayed..." She said and he kissed her hands
"The devil will never bargain, he's out to break you heart of gold..."

"I want to try..." She said and looked up at checo "it isn't worth it darling he's never going to change! He'll never be prince charming, he's going to cause you pain again.." he frowned and she shook her head "Perez..."

"Your not one to lecture" she frowned and he ran his hands through his hair and paced the livingroom

"I don't mean to pressure but I just want what's best for you.." he said and she nodded slightly..

"He'll only break your heart again..." He said and she frowned pulling him into a hug
