Flo POV

Feeling a burning sensation in my body, I awaken, opening my eyes. The first thing I saw was a beautiful forest iris looking at me at close range. With his fair pale skin, he appears delicate and angelic. His flowing locks of silver hair cascaded over his face. He was appearing very conservative as his wedded finger was applying something warm and refreshing to my forehead.

"Finally you woke up." He spoke softly. He appears very breathtaking. Is he the one who saved me? He looked down at me, worried.

As I slowly became aware of my surroundings, I heard a loud waterfall, and I was luxuriating in the sensation of soft blades of grass cushioning my body. Lying beneath the majestic canopy of a breathtaking tree, I was protected from the sun's blazing rays. In that moment, I was basking in the warmth of the sun on my face.

As I slowly rose from the lush green grass, my attention shifted to the face of the unfamiliar figure before me. Baffled by my surroundings, I couldn't help but ask, "Excuse me, but can you tell me where I am and what has happened?"

His red lips curled upward into a small smile, and he bit down on them. "Sirius saved you from Tsunami." His voice was soft as he gestured to a nearby tree. My eyes followed his finger, and I was taken aback by what I saw.

shimmering gold-scaled The snake was tightly wrapped around a thick branch; the serpent's head lay limp on the branch, and his eyes were closed.

"He saved me?" I asked the green-eyed man as I gazed at Snake.

"Well, you were definitely caught in some heavy waters, but luckily he was there to save you and bring you to me. After that, we have been searching for a safe place, and I guess we found this place."

"Thank you"

"Don't thank me; I only healed your wounds, all thanks to Sirius," he said.

"What's your name?" I ask.

"Luca," he softly told me. As he sat next to me, looking up at the sky, I looked at his wedded hands. What kind of animal was he that had wedded hands?

"Umm..and where are we? I want to find my mate's." Suddenly, remembering them made my heart clench, and I felt like I was missing them so much.

"Where are you from?"Instead of answering, he asked me.

"West Forest"

"We're on the southern side," he replied, looking shocked as I gave him confused eyes.

"Well, you should know In the southern region, most of the Amphibian Beast lives, and I don't think you can leave right now because I sense heavy snowfall about to happen tonight."

With widened eyes, I exclaimed, "How the hell did I end up here?"

"I don't know," Luca replied.

I wake towards Clif that I saw, with the crystal-clear water reaching halfway down the cliff. As I looked down, feelings of fear consumed me-what if I were to fall into that blue abyss? Despite the trepidation, I stood up and began to make my way towards the cliff's edge. As I approached, I sensed footsteps following me, and goosebumps erupted all over my body. Looking down, I gazed upon the vast expanse of blue water below, stretching out as far as the eye could see. Its depths were unfathomable, and I was overcome with awe and wonder. Lifting my head, I saw the source of the water tumbling down the cliff face in a majestic cascade.

As I stand before this magnificent waterfall, I am enchanted by the thick fog that surrounds me, seemingly coming from all directions. Below, a massive cascade of water tumbles down with a deep, thunderous sound that resonates through my entire being. As I tilt my head upward, I am struck by the beauty of the sunlight that illuminates the water's hues of blue and white, making this already majestic sight even more breathtaking.

"This." I was speechless. I never saw such beauty in Apocalypse; everything there was grey, red, and black.

Beside me, I couldn't help but be mesmerized by his exquisite features. His locks of hair swayed gracefully in the wind, while his captivating green eyes were fixed intently on the waterfall ahead.

As our eyes met, he flashed me a soft smile that sent my heart racing. Suddenly, without any warning, he leaped down with effortless grace.

"LUCA---F*CK" As I called out his name, my voice echoed through the cavernous space, but I was not prepared for what I was about to witness. Shock and amazement overtook me as I beheld a transformation occur before my very eyes: Luca's legs elongated into an ethereal blue tail tinged with a pinkish hue.Graceful and fluid, he moved with ease through the deep water, swishing his shimmering tail effortlessly.

The magnificent waterfall in the distance seemed to drown out everything else; it was all-encompassing. I was left to sit there with my mouth agape, marvelling at this incredible sight.

Suddenly, Luca emerged from the water, his eyes shining with pleasure and excitement as he beckoned me to join him. But how could this be real Everything felt like a dream, and I found myself asking in disbelief, "Are you kidding me?" in response to his invitation.

Mermaid
