Prime Minister Haruno Takashi sat beside a news Reporter, Toso, they were in deep conservation about the Kasumi Incident from 2 weeks prior, after they were attacked, Japan and the HME were in deep talks on the entire issue, Japan wanted to pay for damages and lost ones, but refused to allow the men to be charged as it was self defense, while the HME wanted War, which was to to find a cause as it was A Self Defense Attack on International Waters.

They had tried to paint Japan as the Attacker, but Japan released the Video to the public, disproving that, but the HME controlled the flow inside their country and so they denied the events, Japan then Sent Kondo to Runepolis to negotiate a good settlement to end the tension, having spend 1 year in Mu, he had changed, he lost his left arm in a Intense Battle near Sonal, he had scars all over his body and walked with a limp, but he was no longer a soldier but a diplomat again, to ensure he didn't mess it up, they sent his commanding officer as support.

Intense Debates, Arguments and more were common as Japan tried to peacefully resolve the Issue while the HME was cooked up in a fury of Anti-Japanese Views and openly falling against anything Japanese.

Toso Looked at Takashi and began his questions.

''Mr.Prime Minister, do you think the Kasumi Incident will lead to a all out war with the Central world? seeing as we have yet to finish off the Ragna Pact, fears of a 2nd Pacific War is looming'' Toso Asked

''I do not Hope so, Both our Empires would like to see this incident resolved with honor and peace if possible, and to draw a parallel with our Past wars is wrong, this was not a war of enslavement, but one of liberation, the world sees it and they know it as well, And as to the War Situation, By Landmass liberated by us and our Allies, it is more than we have hoped for, the War Situation is quite in our View of Victory'' Takashi Said

We will not be the ones to fire first, all we want is to resolve things without plunging millions of good people of the Holy Mirishrial Empire into a terrible war which will only see millions killed for fruitless gains'' Takashi explained

''If that is true, why is it that Recent Build up of Japanese Soldiers have been sighted in the Kingdom of Nates and a Further 4 million soldiers called to Arms? Are you saying your hoping for war by these Actions?'' Toso said

Takashi was Silent, these Measures were true, they were soldiers being called in the event of War with the HME, And now on Live TV across the world, it was out in the open, not that it helped as the quickness of the build up was seen all over the World, not hard to ignore.
