Max's POV
It was quiet without Alex anymore. But we really didnt need her anyways. If in the end she was just going to leave us again. Me and my wolf were annoyed and angry so I just let him be in control. We ran for hours in wolf form in the woods. Finally he stopped, howled as long as he could, then feel to the ground with an irritated whine.
'I know, same.' I said to him.
'No duh.' He said sarcastically. 'Zuri said they still love us.'
'I doubt it.'
'Yeah me too.'
'What else did she say?' I asked.
'She said that Alex has a good reason for going with them and she had a good plan but it's risky.'
'Did she tell you the plan?'
'Unfortunately no.'
'Of course. Ready to get back home?' I asked.
'Sure.' He answered and we headed home and went to sleep.
