Alex's POV
I woke up to a big black space of air. I searched through it calling Max.
"Alex!" He replied. His deep voice scared me. I haven't heard it in forever. I fell to the floor not sure if this was real or not.
He turned on the lights and held me against his body. I grasped his body as if my life depended on it, which it did.
Luke and Raven came in and he charged at them making them get out. He brought us to the bed and we laid in tears. I put myself as close to his body as possible.
"Max..." I started, but was interrupted by him.
"Shhhh. Don't say anything. Relax." He said humming at me.
"I'm sorry Max. Thank you for being here for me. I don't want to lose you." I said which made me burst into more tears.
"Oh baby that will never happen." He reassured me. I cried till I fell asleep in my mates arms.
