Despite Raffi saying that, he was having his doubts.
In truth, after a few minutes of Elsa waking up, he realized how differently she was acting.
The color of Elsa’s eyes was the first giveaway. You can tell contacts from someone's real eyes when you look at them up close.
Her voice was the second thing. Even if someone changes their voice, they would still sound like their previous self, even just a little bit.
But she sounded completely different, like a completely different person. The third thing was how Elsa reacted to him.
She did fight him, but it was completely different from how Gwen would have fought.
Actually, Gwen wouldn't have fought. Gwen would have tricked him. She would have pretended to want him too so he could untie her.
She would act all flirty until he let his guard down. And then she would knock him out with a vase before running away. He had tried to force himself on Gwen before, twice.
And both times, she tricked her way away from him. After his second attempt, Lui got involved, and that was a night he still hasn't forgotten.
He had a scar on his body that reminded him of it. He wanted to punish Gwen for what Lui did to him after he had his fun with her.
Victoria had told Raffi that Gwen had completely changed herself and developed a new persona, someone who was now her and she lived that life.
Raffi had known Viper, and those eyes were not Viper’s. Those green eyes didn't carry the venom that the Viper he knew carried.
They carried innocence instead.
But despite suspecting that, he still chose to be a pig and decided to use the ‘mistaking her for Gwen’ to have sex with her.
And then, if Jeremy ever confronts him, which Victoria predicted would happen (she just never mentioned it would happen today), she had a speech ready for him to say in exchange for 200,000.
Money was one thing Raffi never said no to. The only person he didn't want to get involved was Lui.
He still had nightmares after his last encounter with him.
Victoria told him to text a specific message on Elsa's phone to her but didn't tell him if that message would affect his plans for today, at least not this soon.
“Jeremy, please. Listen to me, I am not Gwen. I am Elsa. The person everyone is confusing me for is my twin sister. She died. I do look like her because we are identical twins, but I am not her.”
After Elsa said that, the sound of police sirens was heard. When Jeremy heard screams coming from the room, he called the police before coming to check it out himself.
The place was a motel, but it was empty. There seemed to be no one else there. It looked closed.
He knew it was Elsa from her scream because he had tracked her there using her phone.
Elsa held onto her bag and shirt as the police walked in. That was when Jeremy let go of the thug, as he was handing him over to the police. They put handcuffs on him and took him away.
