👼 MY ANGEL 👼

“How about we hang out right now?” Elsa asked.

“Really?” he exclaimed in excitement.

“Sure... Unless today is not a good day for you.”

“No, no, I just don't have anything planned for today... I wanted to treat you to a good meal.”

Elsa smiled. “You don't have to. All we have to do is hang out. Either way, I'll be just fine.”

“Really, Elsa?”

“Of course... I want us to stay friends, so we will have so many days ahead to build our friendship. And today, I just want to eat tacos. You know a food truck that sells the best?”

“I do,” he chuckled with his deep voice.

“Okay, let me just make a call. Give me a minute, okay?” Elsa tapped his shoulder before taking out her phone.

“Sure, I'll go warm up the car,” he said before turning around and walking away.

Elsa took out her phone and called Lui. She told him she was having tacos with a friend and he would bring her home so he wouldn't have to come get her.

He just told her to be careful and, in case of anything, he was one call away.

He reminded her he still owed her a favor, so she shouldn't feel shy about calling him to ask for anything.
Elsa found Allan waiting for her in his car.

She slipped in and immediately noticed how warm it was. It was such a good change from the cold temperatures outside. He kept his word about warming the car.

“This sauce is really good!” Elsa said as she took a big bite of the taco.

Allan looked at her and smiled. “I’m glad you like it.”

That was when he noticed she had a little sauce on the corner of her lips.
“You’ve got a little something,” he said as he took a napkin.

“Allow me.” He wiped the stain off gently and very slowly, like he was savoring the moment.

He stared into Elsa's eyes even after the stain was gone, not moving his hand from her face.

He was just looking into her eyes like he was lost in them. Noticing the air around them getting a little tense, Elsa immediately looked away from his gaze.

“Thank you,” she said before taking another bite of her taco. Allan took his hand back slowly and then nodded with a friendly smile.

“Of course.” They ate in silence after that, neither of them saying anything to each other.

But Elsa could tell there was something bothering Allan.

“Elsa, there is something we need to talk about,” he finally said after they finished their tacos.

“Okay,” she answered, giving him her full attention.

She wanted to talk too, but for her, it was about Daisy. She didn't know how she would ask him to help her into her room and what excuse she would use to want to see her.

Allan got up from his seat. He then took her hand into his and helped her up from the bench. He kept his hold on her hand as he led her to the car.

“I knew your mother. She was one of my patients,” he said in a calm voice. Seeing the change in expression on Elsa's face, he knew he wasn't wrong about her identity.

He knew Gwen as well, but he never got a chance to talk to her and tell her what he wanted to tell Elsa.

Elsa had frozen in her steps and was looking at Allan with a straight face, showing no emotions. She also didn't say anything back to that. She didn't know what to say.

He knew her mother. If she was one of his patients, then he knew she was crazy and knew she took her own life.

“I am one of the doctors, one of the specialists, who declared her mentally ill when she was still an outpatient and had her confined here!” he told her carefully while observing her reaction.

Elsa noticed he was sounding guilty, like he did something wrong.

Allan was a new, young doctor at that time, and Jenna was his first patient.

He remembered her very well and remembered her twin daughters who had everything in common except the colors of their eyes.
