Italy x reader oneshot: Thunderstorms

Five minutes. Five whole minutes you were left at the doorstep in the rain. You have been pounding on the door when finally the grumpy Italian answers the door. You slid through and slammed the door so hard the house shook. "You better have a good goddamn reason to call me at fucking midnight in the fucking storm Lovino" you growled, being more pissed off then you have ever been in your life. "Come with me."

You took off your jacket, throwing it harshly on the rack. You nearly stomped to the living room seeing a big pillow fort with a curl popping out. You raised an eyebrow being confused of the situation. "Hes scared senseless of the thunder." Your face finally got out of its angry state to a soft, concerned tone. Lovino made a huge sigh, "He's already made 10 white flags, and i wasn't about call the potato bastard, por favore help him."

"If you can give me a change of clothes." Lovino nodded and you slowly went up to the fort. *Boom* Feliciano screamed hiding deeper into the fort. "Feli..." his head instantly rose up, his amber, honey eyes looked up at you so innocently. "_-____!"

"Yeah its me, come out the fort, the storm is not going to kill you" holding out your hand. Slowly he took yours when another thunder clap came, he jumped into your arms, clinging onto you for dear life. He continued to cry out loud, trembling terribly, holding you like a puppy holding on to its master. You brought him closer to you whilst stroking the back of his hair delegatly saying, "Shh...its alright im here. Dont worry just focus on my voice. You'll be okay."

Feliciano began to calm down, loosening his grip. He nuzzled his head into your neck and he curled up like a ball. Rocking back and forth made it feel soothing for him and feel safer in your arms. The next thunder clap he doesn't even notice. "Lets go to your room." You slowly sat together on the bed and continued holding him, along with rocking him steady. "____... will you stay with me all night?"

"Of course, I'll always stay by your side." Soon he fell asleep in your arms. "Ragazza i got-"

"Shhhh..." you point down at the sleeping Italian in your arms. Lovino gave you the plate of pasta and walked out the room quietly. Feli soon awaken to the smell of pasta. "Ooh can we share!" You nodded when another boom went off causing him to wince and grip onto you tighter. "Its okay, its not going to hurt you. Just eat the pasta and stay calm." You both started chowing down on pasta, each time Feli heard thunder he got closer and closer to you. Lovino opened the door and said, "Well im going to bed you can stay in the guest bedroom if you-"

"No!! I dont want her to leave me alone!!", feli said wrapping his arms around you, burying his head in your chest. "I guess ill stay in here." I chuckled slightly. Lovino nodded, "Well goodnight" and walked out closing the door. You totally forgot that he didn't give you a change of clothes. "Hey Feli, do you have any clothes I could change into?" He pointed to his drawer and i looked for a tanktop and some shorts which i found. "Well ill go change in the bathroom."

"No dont leave me alone!"

"Hm...then just turn around." When he turned around you began changing, taking off your shirt first then your pants and putting on the tank top then the shorts. "Well um do tou want to play a game? To take your mind off the thunder."

"Si!! Lets play the pocky game" he ran really quick to get the pocky and sit back on the bed. "Whats the pocky game?" Feli explained it to you, apparently you both have to eat both ends of the pocky and who ever pulls away first has to do what the other person wants them to do. You began chewing and so did he. Realizing how close you too were you began to have a bright blush cascading your cheeks. When your lips touched you pulled away. "Ve, Hehe I won!"

"So what do you want me to do?" Feli's left hand caressed your cheek and his fingers wrapped around the side of your neck whilst his thumb rubbed against your cheek. He leaned in and his lips were softly on yours. Hes so cute...but did this mean he likes you? When he pulled away you leaned in for another kiss, wrapping your arms around his neck. "Do you care for me bella?"

"Of course i do. I love you, Feli"

"Ti amo, ____."

~MORNING~

You woke up to see your face and Feli's close together. His face looked so adorable when he was asleep. You leaned in and gave him a kiss on the cheek. He began to stir and woke up looking into your eyes. He leaned in a gave you a passionate kiss on the lips. When he pulled away he said, "Ti amo."

You say back, "I love you too."
