Question!

Guys...I have a question. How do I make someone jealous? 

I am in grade 11 right now (getting tortured with chemistry and biology). I met a guy when I was in grade 10, developed a crush on him, long story short...he made me cry buckets cause how much he would break my heart. He rejected me MULTIPLE times, now suddenly...I messaged him for his birthday (he has never messaged me happy birthday, but my stupid brain kept gong back to him.) So yeah, he found out then I LIKED HIM and rejected me for the fifth time. I never replied. 

So, while I was on a school trip to Kenya for a project. I message him back saying 'okay fine, I will be friends with you' he is like 'great' then he asks me to call him, so I called him cause I bought data there...so we talk, and it was 13th February, a day before Valentines, there was only 3 hours. We spoke for one hour talking about our dates (I didn't have one, mine was nutella with my roommates XD, we ate Nutella and watched romance movies all night when it was Valentine's.) After our call got over he messaged me on WhatsApp asking if I am truly over him...I said no, cause I definitely wasn't. He is like 'maybe we have a chance' and we messaged for two hours straight, him trying to butter me up by calling me 'beautiful' and saying romantic stuff. I had a feeling he didn't like me, but I didn't want to believe that. SO now, he ignored me for sometime, so I ignored him too. Until he messaged me again, talking abou thow sad his life is. I don't want to judge....

Can someone please tell me what to do?
