FILLER FILLER FILLER FILLER FILLER FILLER FILLER FILLER FILLER FILLER FILLER FILLER!!!!!

Song does NOT belong to me; it is 'Mean' by Taylor Swift and is FULLY OWNED by her and her people

Singing on stage is incredible.

But singing on stage whilst on a sugar-from-birthday-cake and happiness high is even better.

This newfound happiness of mine gave me a confidence I didn’t know I had, and I was bouncing around the stage, probably looking more like a lunatic than a singer.

“Let’s sing one of my favourite songs!” I cheered, grinning out at the audience. “I wrote this about the people that make me angry. People that don’t listen, because you know what? You’re worth it! And you’re gonna get so much further in life than them, so there!”

This was met with frenzied cheering, so I gestured to Ollie and he obliged, strumming the tune.

“You, with your words like knives

And swords and weapons that you use against me

You have knocked me off my feet again

Got me feeling like I'm nothing

You, with your voice like nails on a chalkboard

Calling me out when I'm wounded

You picking on the weaker man”

I switched to the left of the stage from the right.

“You can take me down with just one single blow

But you don't know, what you don't know...”

Back to the middle.

“Someday I'll be living in a big ol' city

And all you're ever gonna be is mean

Someday I'll be big enough so you can't hit me

And all you're ever gonna be is mean

Why you gotta be so mean?”

I closed my eyes as I sung the chorus, picturing the humiliation I’d felt when I’d written this supposedly lighthearted song.

“You, with your switching sides

And your wildfire lies and your humiliation

You have pointed out my flaws again

As if I don't already see them

I walk with my head down

Trying to block you out 'cause I'll never impress you

I just wanna feel okay again”

Tonight, I was dressed in denim shorts; a white t-shirt and a black leather vest with black military boots. I stomped them for good effect.

“I bet you got pushed around

Somebody made you cold

But the cycle ends right now
