3: Klaine's Surrogate

The next morning, Christmas Day, Sam and Brenda got up at 10 and headed back to the old house with all of the presents for the others(Family and Alumni). Everyone was there already, and instead of bringing in the presents himself, Sam curled up on one end of a couch and pulled a blanket over him.

"You're still tired?" Mary asked, sitting beside him. He nodded childishly."

"He woke up last night because I wasn't with him and he thought I was mad at him." Brenda said, sitting on the floor in front of him."And he hadn't even told me what I was supposed to be mad about yet."

"What?" Artie asked.

"This girl kissed him and he thought that it meant he cheated on me." Brenda said, getting up and sitting on the edge of the couch in front of him, wrapping her arms around his shoulders and he put his arms around her waist."That's why he was so upset last night."

"Part of that was because I was so tired."He mumbled.
